Bad bad experience, she had no clue, I'm 61 long hair and still wanted to keep a 2 inch pony tail, she was lost after she washed my hair, snipped off maybe 2 inches and would not blow out my hair, for the 18 bucks. She spent less than 10 minutes on my hair again she would not blow dry my hair and made me walk out unsatisfied, f. U. Very much!!
