All the staff is friendly and helpful. When you come in, you are greeted by staff and asked if you need something to drink. The shop is beautiful and very relaxing. During your appointment you get a free hand massage. Cre uses Aveda products that are amazing. My hair always looks great.

This was my first experience going to Cre, I had the pleasure of meeting Honesty and she was amazing. She was so sweet and confident in what she was about to do to my hair. Most ladies like to go to a hair studio and talk all day, I personally love just relaxing and enjoying the moment for a few hours. She had no problem with that, plus I loved how it let her really concentrate on what she was doing and she really took her time and that made me feel so good about the whole experience. I've never had a more relaxing experience at a salon. Can't wait to go back to her again in a couple months. (:

Went to get my hair "highlighted" which I've done for years. This is the first place that used some type of dye instead of bleach. Didn't let me know ahead of time although i mentioned several times how fast my hair takes bleach. I left with reddish orange highlights and alot with hardly any natural color through out. I tried to tone it my self a week and a half later & all of my hair became an unwanted color. I ended up dying my hair a medium brown because i had my daughters high school graduation to attend. I would recommend you find another place. After i thought about it the picture the lady showed me trying to get an idea on the blonde was bleached highlights. I should've went to supercuts they've done a better job for a lot less $$$$$

My cut and color are always perfect...the salon is exceptionally clean...the hand massage while I wait for the color to develop is a real treat for my arthritic hands. If you want to be absolutely pampered and have the best haircut/hair design CRE Hair Studio in East Highland is the place to go. I have been going to Heather M for a number of years now and each visit is Excellent. Scalp massages, hair treatments are super relaxing; you keep wanting for more.

I had a consultation yesterday with Lucy. From the moment I walked in everyone made us feel welcomed. The salon is beautiful, and I wanted to stay in the warm, and inviting environment longer. Lucy was great! We discussed what I wanted, and because I am African-American with coarser textured hair I wanted to know if she'd be comfortable washing, blowdrying, flatironing, and cutting my hair. She shared how she'll cut it, and I was pleased with her vision. Lucy is up for the challenge and I return Friday for my appointment. I can hardly wait! Everyone at Cre Hair Studio rocks!
