Great place to get your child's hair cut. The stylist knew just how to interact with my 3 year old son to get him to hold still and be excited about his haircut (He is really scared of the clippers, so this was a big deal.) The only downside was that it was expensive. $22 for a boy's haircut that just took 10 minutes seemed like a lot.

Great stylists! Very cute atmosphere. My daughter has special needs and can not control her movements. Kourtney was wonderful to ask exactly what would work best for her to have the best experience possible and was very patient and kind to us. I was nervous going in with it being her first haircut and not knowing how well my daughter and the stylists would handle the situation, but I could not be more happy with how it went! Thank you!

Awesome people!!! I came here to get my hair fixed after going somewhere else and it being completely ruined. There wasn’t much that could be done to fix it. I could tell the girl who helped me (Kylee) really cared how I was feeling and she made my hair look 100 times better than it did when I came in. Neat place for kids. Ability to play and get toys. A bit over priced for amount of hair cut... 3.5 instead of 4. But will go back again. I pay $15 for my hair so I am not quite able to comprehend how a few clips with some scissors costs $5 more for less time and less work. But the staff is good with kids.

We had a amazing stylist with nerves of steel. She did an amazing job working with us to get my son's first haircut done. Most importantly, we still got the exact haircut we wanted even with my son's constant screaming, flailing and tears. As soon as she was done with the haircut, he was fine. If I could give a zero, I would. Worst haircut I've seen from a licensed stylist. Don't really understand how you are still in business. My wife cried. My daughter cried. Requested shoulder length cut now falls right at her earlobes! Why? Because you had to keep cutting trying to repair your lack of skill!

Amazing place! Took 10 minutes from walk in to check out. My son had just turned 2 and it was his first haircut, the hairdresser was great with him, and made it fun. She even gave me a bag to take home some of his curls for keepsake. I recommend this place to anyone with kids. Deserves 10 stars!

I am a grandmother who has always taken in my grandchildren for hair cuts. I first discovered Pigtails and Crewcuts in Little Rock and was so happy when a shop opened in Fayetteville. They have cut his hair since his mother moved here when he was 5 years old. Because he has some emotional and behavioral problems, he can be difficult when getting his hair cut. The movies and games have made getting his hair cut so much easier. I also love the way they keep a record of my grandson's special colick and how we like his hair cut. My grandson doesn't want to go anywhere else to get his hair cut, and I don't either. Sandy Davies

I've always liked pigtails and crewcuts. I love their concept. I've had great experiences, but the last experience, the stylist left my son's hair choppy in the back. (Not pictured in the photo). I didn't quite notice it until the next day, but it's not all that bad. Not even enough to warrant a second visit to fix it. (We live 2 hours away) But other than that, this place is great!

Our 6 year old son has ADHD and Sensory Processing Disorder. So needless to say haircuts have been a full out war his whole life. We were simply over the moon with all the kindness and patience shown towards him when we went! He actually sat still (mostly) and allowed her to cut his hair...with clippers...and scissors... Seriously, y'all don't know what a big deal this is! My boy was not crying and screaming so it was a total win! This is the best looking haircut he has EVER had! We will be back! Excellent children's haircut place! Our little guy hasn't grown into getting haircuts yet or maybe it's a sensory issue with his ears. But we have to find these places and plan haircuts in advance. We went to the animal safari in Gentry after the haircut and it made a great day. These ladies worked with him and it looked great when they finished.

Our stylist was very patient with my son and took her time as he had never been to a salon. She made sure he was happy and took her time. I know it can be difficult to cut the hair on a squirmy child especially with scissors. Kortney, however was a natural and my baby looks great!

Staff is great with kids and patient with my son who is extremely scared of haircuts. While they take reservations, I can usually walk in and get my son in a fun police car or plane chair quickly. Play area with toys and a cartoon playing to make kids comfortable. Little toy prize to take home after haircut.

I was a very satisfied customer at the P&C in Orlando, so after moving to Bentonville and having a terrible experience at the Pigtails & Crewcuts in Rogers, I drove all the way to Fayetteville hoping for a better experience. I was not disappointed! The hairstylists were very nice and accommodating while also being knowledgeable about hair textures and what cut and style would work best for each of my kids. When my kids decided to get their ears pierced, that's where I chose to take them to. The whole process was a breeze, I could see they know what they're doing and they try their hardest to make it easy on the child. Then, 10 days later, one of the earrings of one of my kids came out during the night and the hole started to close. We went back, they re-did the whole process with a brand new earring and didn't even charge us! Their policy is to guarantee anything they do for one week, but I was amazed they decided to extend it for us. They have a loyal customer in me and my family. Highly recommend. The wait times are sometimes long, but it's worth the wait. Good thing there's a lot to do around the area, so when we have to wait we just go grab a bite and come back in time for our turn.

It was difficult to find a place for my son to get a haircut when he was 2 years old. He would scream, cry, and squirm to get out of getting a haircut. I decided to give Pigtails and Crew Cuts in Fayetteville a try. Now not only does he sit still to get his haircut, but he begs me to take him to get his haircut. He enjoys being able to pick out which "ride" he will drive while getting his haircut and playing with their train set. The staff is extremely kid friendly and does little things to make sure the kids are comfortable and relaxed while getting their haircut. I have been taking my son to the salon for 2 years now and have enjoyed every visit. They even give them a free toy on their way out. Thank you for making it so enjoyable.P.S. If you have older kids, they offer video games and movies for the kids to enjoy while they get their haircuts.

I went in on a Saturday to get my sons haircut and the hair dresser named “sky” cut his hair. She was not friendly or nice in anyway, she did not introduce herself to me or my child, she didn’t inquire about how old he was or any small talk to make him feel comfortable. The most she said to him was to look down. I thought that since this was a place centered around and for children that the staff would be friendly. She was quite rude when she asked what I would like. She was snappy and not interested in us. It is displeasing to me, that I trust this place with my child and my experience and it was horrible.

Prompt service. I'm pleasantly surprised at what a difference the fun, kid-friendly atmosphere made for my haircut-resistant children. The waiting room with shows, coloring supplies, and a variety of toys means that bringing siblings was smooth and easy. I would give five stars of I had loved my children's haircuts.
