I was charged $25 for an eyebrow waxing touch up, which I consider to be expensive. A couple hours after getting my eyebrows waxed I broke out severely in all the areas that were waxed. I've had my eyebrows waxed many times at other location and I have never broken out before.

I'm not from around this area and was really just driving past the mall and decided to look around. My husband and I were talking and we saw a sign for eyebrow waxing. I really needed mine cleaned up, so I went in. It was a nightmare!!! I left after one eyebrow was "complete". It was crooked, and super, super thin! Not a thing I had asked for. Now I was frantic and stressed trying to find a salon that I could trust to help fix my face. Sydney did an awesome job not only making me feel normal for crying like a crazy person, but also with my damaged brows. The ladies here were fantastic! I will definitely stop by next time I'm passing through the area.

They gave me exactly the lowlights I wanted. I used to be a bleached out blonde with roots showing, now the color is more natural. The staff was SUPER friendly and accomodating. I'll be going back for sure.

I just moved to the area from San Diego over the summer and had been getting my hair done in Vegas while I am there on business (which is a lot). Still, it had been way too long and I needed something done before embarking upon my first business trip of the year. The hair was looking baaaad. I was flying out on Saturday, January 2nd and January 1st a lot of salons were closed. Since Brieshi is in the mall -score!- they were open on New Years Day. Alas it's usually a warning if a salon is in the mall, but I'd walked past and they seemed legit. I was also really happy they use Aveda products. I make an appointment online and I am quoted pricing via their online system. Their system required a $65 deposit. Now, I understand no-shows suck, but in South Beach, FL (where I am from), San Diego and in Vegas I have never once encountered a deposit to see a stylist. I could have met her and decided she wasn't the one for me, but I was already $65 in. Usually the consult is free, they give you pricing (because really an internet program cannot do that) THEN you decide. That should have been red flag #1 for me. I see Courtney who is VERY nice and we go over what I want. I show her photos and I tell her I want to be lighter. Not bleached and not a peroxide look, but about two shades LIGHTER. I leave darker... and I was charged for toner; which is supposed to be used to a) either to fix something that went wrong or b) to give the desired color after lifting - I wasn't going red or strawberry blonde, so I wonder why she did this instead of a gloss. The color looks fine, it is definitely better than how I walked in, but it wasn't what I asked for and Courtney should have quoted me costs BEFORE getting started. Oh - and I was charged $55 for a trim. Not a cut/style - a trim. When I checked out my bill would have been $255, however they applied my $65 deposit and a $20 first time customer "coupon". That still seems pretty steep to me. And yes, I have paid much more for color/cuts, however, in this instance the price was not commensurate with the services I received. Alas, my search for an actually GOOD salon in Northwest Arkansas continues. I find their practice unethical; if she was doing "custom color" on me and the pricing was to be higher than she should have notified me of such. The screaming child no one attempted to comfort just added to the ambience... My rating: thumbs down on this one.

Took daughter there! She told them not to blond and came out three shades lighter! Says on website full highlighting was 85+ which my daughter has average amount of hair. I would think at most a $25 more upcharge! Ended up being $200. They also had first time $20 credit gift which thy didn’t even offer her but was on website! She’s a college student not alot of money and how deceiving to say +85 and you charge her $115 more! Ridiculous and unprofessional and deceiving! Go somewhere honest. +something doesn’t=over double for normal hair? Plenty of other salons choose another one!

Went in for a bang trim and eyebrow wax and the bang trim was $20, even though the menu states bang trims are complimentary and I was literally in her chair for 5 minutes and she only cut my bangs. I understand paying for a hair cut... but if it says free that’s how it should be. Very disappointed.

Went to this salon for a full highlight (blonde). Brought the toner/highlight color "recipe" from my salon in Boston and was very clear about my expectations. Left with hair looking the same as it did when I went. The stylist seemed very unsure of herself and now I know why. Only reason I'm giving it 2 stars is the receptionist sensed I was not satisfied and gave me a discounted price. I was very grateful for that. However, after doing highlights in four other cities with multiple stylists, I can confidently say I do not recommend this salon.
