I have been a client of Mane Attraction Salon since 2006. They are the finest, most professional salon in Phoenix. You won't find more talented stylists anywhere else. Everyone is terrific. I have been seeing Ronda for my Woman's Haircut and Single Process Color for years now. Ronda consults with me before every single cut and color. She is a great listener and communicator, and fun and friendly to boot! I walk out of that salon after every appointment feeling like a million bucks. I will never go anywhere else. My wife gave me a gift certificate to get my haircut at Mane Attraction knowing that (1) I don't take care of my hair and (2) I'm cheap....I would go anywhere and get it cut. After my first visit, I went back and have been going back for over a year. The difference is noticeable; I still don't take care of my hair but I don't have to....Kendall cuts it so well, it looks good for 5-6 weeks.

I loved everything about my experience, from being greated to having a massage while getting my hair washed by Ryan and Cristina's talented hands giving me a beautiful new hairstyle. This is a long overdue review. We used to live in Phoenix and after we moved, my boyfriend and I would drive back to Phoenix just to get our haircuts with Josey. She was meticulous, a great listener, and amazing stylist. It's hard for us to get back nowadays, but we are always sending our local friends to Mane Attraction. Our friends are happy with other stylists too; you probably can't go wrong here, since everyone is trained by the owner.

I made an appointment and was very specific about what I wanted. I was quoted a price, and was assured that it would be that price. When I arrived for my appointment with Alyssa, the price was jacked up $180.00, and I was informed that the stylist hadn't blocked out enough time to do what I needed. The manager apologized, and her excuse was that the young man who answered the phone was new and untrained and shouldn't have quoted a price. I obviously have no control over who answers their phone, and I relied on the information he gave me. I wasted 4 hours of my time, as well as a 4 hour drive from prescott for this appointment that they failed to accommodate. Their smug attitude was also insulting, to rub salt in the wound. Be very careful if you're unfortunate enough to make a legitimate appointment with this outfit. They are extremely dishonest and customer unfriendly. They cost me a lot of time money. Nothing is worth being mistreated like this. Avoid the Mane Attraction if you can! There are lots of other better choices.

I love this place and my hairdresser, Alissa. The atmosphere is so relaxing, especially the shampoo room with the back massage before the shampoo and the relaxing music. Everyone here is a professional and very polite and talented.

Meh... The haircut took a long time (about 90 min) and I got an ok haircut. .. but certainly not worth $105. Service was syrupy sweet, and the follow up phone call one week later was just too much. Not my style at all -- I want hip, creative, and efficient. Maybe I'll try again with a different stylist who will hopefully "get" this.

Worst Experience ever...Hair totally ruined by Ronda. I asked for platinum blonde highlights, on the pictures you can see what I have now.. And its when Sye tried to fix it. Its going to take me 6 to 8 month to fix my hair, plus a lot of money again. Owner's wife was rude to me, when I asked for my money back. They don't really care as long as you pay $200, $ 300 each visit. Trusted those "professionals", but very disappointed

I just had my first service at Mane Attraction Salon. And I am ecstatic. Love! Love! Love! everything about this business! I had purchased product there before and when I was ready to make a change and find a new Stylist, I stopped in and made an appointment. From the moment I walked in the door, everyone was helpful, cheerful and ready to make certain I found the right person to cut my hair and enjoyed my time there. Randee took me from a fine, straight haired, Mom Bob to a current and chic, textured Bob that is easy to style. The cut has movement, texture and is exactly what I hoped for. But Randee isn't the only asset here. As a first timer, Ryan got me situated with the salon, Reese gave me one of the best shampoos and massages and every single person was friendly and had great energy. Emilie and Sami rocked the front desk, from appointment to check out and Chris, one of the owners, was attentive, friendly and kind. I love Bumble and Bumble products (how I knew about the salon in the first place), the salon's prices are competitive and their loyalty program makes it worth buying products there, as opposed to online. I can't wait to be a regular and I can't imagine a better combo of service, style, products that work, friendliness and a great vibe. Mane Attraction Salon is a wonderful place to spend some time taking care of yourself!

Every time I go to Mane Attraction, I feel as if I am a rich client that they cannot do enough for. From being greeted with a smile the moment I walk in the door, to being offered a beverage, all the way to being delighted that the staff have remembered my name...I feel special. And my haircut! Wow! I get stopped on the street by people to tell me how much they like it. Shannon has been consistently amazing when she styles my hair. Having said that, as I sit in the chair and watch the other stylists, they are all equally talented. And finally, I cannot say enough about the wonderful neck massage and head massage I receive while being shampooed. Don't tell Shannon but that's my favorite part! I not only recommend MAS here but I tell all my friends to indulge themselves.

While visiting family and friends in Phoenix, Arizona I decided I needed a summer cut. Not having knowledge of any salons in the area, I selected one called Mane Attraction Salon at 3156 Camelback Road. It turned out to be a delightful experience. The personnel were some of the most pleasant, courteous and knowledgeable hair stylists I have met in awhile. My sister-in-law and I both had several questions regarding hair issues versus proper products to use. They took the time to go through the pros and cons relating to our individual issues. We purchased some of the products and have been very pleased with the results. I would recommend this salon if you would like to have a relaxing, and positive experience while having your hair styled.

So, I went three times for a blow dry on the hair cut Kendall gave me. Each blow dry gave me a different look and I still can't decide which one I liked the best. I am never disappointed with the results, level of service and the creativity of the Mane Attraction.

They are amazing. The salon itself is beautiful. I finally gave up on "referrals" from friends and neighbors for salons and went to the yellow pages. I figured an ad saying "Best of Phoenix..." was worth a try. Been their ever since even though I have had to change stylists a few times because they get in the family way or just leave for other reasons. I keep coming back...and it's over an hour's drive for me one way. But worth every minute.

Yesterday I had to stop in this shopping center because my son was throwing up. I ran inside this salon and asked for a bag so he didn't throw up all over himself. The staff was swift in meeting my request. Then to my surprise one of the staff brought out a class of water to us. I haven't ever had my hair done there, but what I can say is the people who work there are kind hearted and will make sure you are taken care of. Thank you guys for your help, it is very much appreciated.

My first impression was horrible unfortunately . I went in for a consultation with Kelly, nice people. I expressed that I'm dealing with alopecia and I'm also rockin a platinum blonde pixie. She said she blocked out a chunk of time to see how I lift, less than an hour into my appt ( i was 8 minutes late) she said we are short on time and a co worker would cut. She left it at banana yellow roots, over toned, and no cut. I walked back to the chair my phone and purse were gone and a woman was sitting in the chair . Ive never had someone grab my purse and put my phone in it without my permission. Kelly was there with my purse practically throwing me out of the salon collecting her money, yellow roots, lavender tips and no hair cut. If you cant handle the job dont be greedy and take the job just because u need to eat , do a sloppy job then to have the odasidy to ask for a review...wow I would be embarrassed. And I still tipped 30% because of the effort she put toward educating me on the bleaching process and using fine products. But just like the rest they know what they are doing they are just sloppy because they would rather juggle customers doing a half done job but with a smile collect ur money . I called to see if they were going to charge me since I have to drive 30 miles back for her to correct them color and cut my hair I was told I would definitely be charged for their cut. I said cancel...I would never give my money or time to this salon. Update Owner called was embarrassed and apologized, she is mailing my refund. Thank you for the call and concern.

All the stylist are excellent and are professional trained by their owner stylists. The quality and professionalism of all the stylist is top notch and they are all warm, friendly and personable. I have recommended friends and guests from my business to Mane Attraction for amazing hair cuts, colour and service. You cannot go wrong with any of the stylist as they are all great!

I went to this salon for a while. My experience started out great - I had a haircut I loved and the color was beautiful. But it was downhill after that - first repeat haircut was nice, but the color that was simply horrid - I did return a week later and it was fixed at no charge (with a different stylist), but still, I had to walk around with the awful color for a while. Then I had a terrible haircut at a later appointment. I will say that the stylist that I saw is no longer there, but the salon needs to be more attentive to the quality of the work of the stylists............obviously some are good - but others are not. My particular stylist was considered their top tier - so some quality controls should be developed for this tier - maybe she was good once......This type of inconsistency is not good for a business ---- good reputations are built on high quality work that is consistent . So as with most salons, it is hit or miss. I will say that the ambience is great and I like the clean look of the salon....but looks aren't everything.

Everyone needs to come to MAS and see Sye!! Sye has been cutting my hair for a couple years now and I swear every time I go I have a new favorite haircut. She’s helped me become comfortable adding color as well. Sye has been incredibly patient and encouraging as I get more daring but also respects my more conservative days when I just want a trim. Sye knows I’m a product junkie and has helped me find the products that meet my needs no matter the style. My appointments are always punctual and efficient. Had my hair cut at Mane Attraction for the first time yesterday. Best haircut I've had in years. Veronica was my stylist and she did a really nice job. I was way overdue for a haircut and came in with a few photos and a vague idea of the style I wanted. Veronica took the time to figure out exactly what I was looking for and helped me decide which cut would be best for me. It was clear that she knew what she was doing so I kind of just let her do her thing and it turned out perfectly. She was very thorough and really took her time with texturizing and styling at the end. I also liked that she didn't go overboard with the small talk, just focused on what she was doing. I went in with heavy, wonky layers and overgrown bangs and left with a silky, bouncy, perfect cut. Will definitely be back.
