I have been putting off getting a haircut for a while now because I didn't have a salon to go to and didn't want to pay a bunch of money for a simple hair cut. I decided to stop here after reading the reviews and at $17 you can't beat it! Phoebe cut my hair and did an amazing job. She knew exactly what to do for my extremely thick hair and was very quick! Thank you Phoebe!

(If this is helpful please give thumbs up.) ONE STAR BECAUSE OF NICELY ORGANIZED AND FURNISHED. -4 STARS BECAUSE THEY CUT HAIR HORRIBLE! (LOOK BY THE EARS!) WE CALLED AND ASKED IF THEY KNOW HOW TO CUT KIDS HAIR AND THEY SAID YES. SHE STARTS CUTTING HAIR AND DOESN'T KNOW HOW TO PROJECT A POSTIVE ATMOSPHERE. THE KID OBVIOUSLY DIDN'T FEEL COMFORTABLE (NEVER HAD A PROBLEM WITH PREVIOUS CUTS) AND TO TOP IT OFF THE STAFF WAS DISCUSSING NEGATIVITY ABOUT AN OTHER EMPLOYEE THAT STARTS WITH A 'D' (NOTE: ANOTHER CUSTOMER WAS THERE TOO!) AND HAD NO CARE IN THE WORLD. I HAD TO GO SOMEWHERE ELSE TO FIX THE DAMAGE THAT WAS DONE! WHEN IT WAS OVER THE STAFF WAS HYPING THIS HAIR CUT UP!! SO THAT SHOW HOW HIGH THERE STANDARDS ARE! ***THEY KEEP DELETING THE BAD SIDE BUT I WILL KEEP POSTING IT*** TRYING TO SAVE PEOPLE FROM THEIR SO CALLED "4.2 STARS" WORK.

Sarah is AWESOME!!! I have been coming to here for years and everytime I get my hair done, I look like a new woman. Just recently, we have done different colors and tones. I love doing the purple highlights!! Now I have a darker color with some blonde highlights and it is beautiful. I will recommend anyone to go and see Sarah at AZ Hair Co. You won't regret it.

I got a color not even close to what I asked for. I spent a ridiculous amount of money and time only to walk out almost in tears. My hair is carrot orange when I wanted a light rose gold. I won't go back to get it fixed because they don't seem like they know what they are doing, it would just end up worse. Waste of time and money to go here if you want more than a basic cut.

My son Brody and I absolutely adore Rachel!! I have followed her from her old establishment to Arizona Hair Company because she is not just amazing at cutting hair, but amazing at making my son feel welcomed and at ease. Getting his hair cut used to be a traumatic, tear filled experience and I credit Rachel for making it a smooth, fun and now an anticipated event!! If you have a child that needs a haircut, Rachel is the one to go see!!

They completely ruined my hair and I spent over $100 dollars...I'm so upset and even went back to get it fixed if possible only to get it ruined even more ...the color and cut is completely awful and I am mortified and now I dont have enouph hair left for anyone to fix till it grows back out ...I DID NOT want my hair shortened and the color came out just terrible. I will be contacting their corporate office.!!!

My long locks hadn't been loved in over a year and Rachel fixed me up like brand new. Lots of fun layers, all over gorgeous color, and most important (which many stylists have messed up in the past), my bangs are on point! To top it off, we had delightful chit chat, super easy to talk to. My mom went at the same time and got lovely all over lightening and a great cut, but I didn't catch her girl's name. She wasn't a talker, which my mom didn't mind just zoning and not talking, that would bother me. I literally just googled hair salon near me looked a few reviews and made an appointment for 2 days ahead of time and now will be going back when I'm in town! Like best cut ever.

Abeer cut my hair and she did a great job. She was very friendly and my cut for the price point is shockingly great. $17 for a haircut is far less than any other place I've gotten a haircut. The salon is very clean and updated. I would definitely return for another cut!

Topaz cut my hair today and she was so nice and helpful!! i told her i was nervous about cutting my hair short but she did a great job and fixed my damaged hair and fixed the horrible dye job that i tried to do by myself.. lol i did not feel judged at all for the condition my hair was in, she was completely positive about my hair and assured me that we could fix it. my hair is now all one color and feels/looks awesome. i'll be back :)

They were fast but the lady who had cut my sons hair botched it comepletely one side burn is way longer then the other the front of his head is crooked if you looked at him it is noticeable by far you don’t even have to look at him from the front to even know it’s completely messed up I told the lady just shave down the sides a bit and leave the top long just trim once we were done they still made us pay for the hair cut and said oh he looks amazing when you can clearly see that it is messed up never again am I coming into this hair place now I have to spend even more money to get his hair fix and just do a fade when I didn’t want him to have one I’m the first place

Came in on the weekend as a walkin haircut. Even though it was super busy the receptionist Kira was very kind and determined to find a spot for me. The salon was super busy which looked like a good sign and it was. My stylist Heather did a fantastic job with my hair. I will definitely be coming back. But would definitely suggest making an appointment as it was busy.

Awesome salon! I'm new to AZ and this place came highly recommended. I'm from NYC so it takes alot to impress me. My hair is thin and curly, not the easiest to cut and style. I just finished styling my hair after getting it cut by Topaz. It’s been a very, VERY long time since I’ve actually gotten a cut I like right away!! Usually I don’t mind it and like it within the next few weeks when it grows in and evens out a bit. I have come here with very mixed results. Sometimes I get a good hair cut and other times not so much. The last time I went I was given literally the worst hair cut I've ever gotten. This is coming from a girl whose mom used to cut her hair. The gentleman who did the butchering seemed intoxicated or something. Although they sometimes can give fairly good haircuts, I'm just not interested in that kind of a gamble and will not return after a couple years of loyalty.

Arizona hair company treats it's employees horribly! management talks and abuses in front of us clients. my hair stylist cried because of the manager yelling at her because she was out on a break and a walkin came in while on her BREAK! I called for my regular appointment and was setup with someone not familiar with my hair or color n cut lying to me about her schedule. this location although new needs an overhaul of management!

I have been going to Misty at the 7th St and Union Hills for so long (10years +). She makes sure she doesn't do anything that will destroy my hair. I have trusted her with numerous cuts, colors and styles. I drive from 119th and Cactus because she is worth the drive! I consistently get compliments on my hair. I have referred others and they were pleased as well. She is the best!

Keira was very easy to talk to on the phone and was very kind. Keira also is able to do hair despite being a receptionist. She has her licence and my hair cut done by her was amazing. The stylist I usually go to is Heather. Heather has done my hair many times. I've done reds, blues, purples, and so many more. My hair is still healthy. She is such a good stylist.

I wish I didn't have to write this but I feel it's necessary. I felt like the haircut I received was rushed, sloppy, and just being in the salon was an inconvenience to the staff. After my hair had dried when I got home, it was evident that my feelings were correct. The left side was a good amount longer than the right, and all the ends had been cut flat, or blunt I guess. It just looks bad and I've had multiple parties confirm that it looks awkward. I 'm going to have a friend do their best to trim up the areas where it looks the worst. I wish I could reverse time and undo the cut and get my money back. Would not recommend.
