Didn’t listen to me saying I wanted one length on the entire top. One side looks like a baby chicken and the other is about an inch longer. I look like a failed want to be emo -Update Went back to the shop and had it evened out. It’s really short, and not the usual style, but it looks a lot better. Good customer service. Must be very vocal and and repetitive to get the proper cut. A bit uncomfortable voicing wants and explaining.

I was very nervous about getting my hair cut, it was Very long and I was getting it cut short. (Shoulder-length) When I walked in I was immediately welcomed by the staff and took to go get my hair cut. There was no waiting. Holley talked to me and told me about the deva cut. I ultimelty decide to do it. She executed this cut very well. I love my hair! Holley did a excellent job, she taught me tips and tricks on how to do my type of hair. She took the time to get to know how I like my hair, she did a wonderful job! I'm so happy with my hair.

My last experience there was very unprofessional and lack customer service. When my hair stylist Stacy sat me down, I began to try to start a conversation with her and immediately felt uncomfortable. This has not been the first time. I told her I decided not to get a haircut because I am still growing out my hair from a few years ago when hollay cut my hair real short and it was bad. I hated it. I tried other hair salons but couldn't find a hairstylist I liked so I went back to Marie's beauty salon and decided to try my luck with stacy. I was very dissatisfied with my last hair color and poor customer service. I felt discriminated against by not only stacy but her coworker hollay who messed up my hair really bad a few years ago. I wasn't asked if I wanted a magazine. Stacy left me sitting there n didn't come back to check on me after she said she will be back to check on me, than she gave my a bum shampoo job, left a big mark on my forehead, dried my hair funny, didn't use any conditioner or mousse or asked if I wanted my hair styled since I been seeing her. I had appointment on march 13th at 12:00 and left about one thirty dissatisfied with my hair and with my service. Stacy was very quiet and wasn't friendly at all. I was fixing my hair for church last Sunday and notice that behind my head my hair had white streaks. She did not color the long portion of my hair but only did around my scalp. This morning I noticed that my white is already starting to show on top front. Its a waste of my time and money. I would like to have my money refunded. I took a chance going back to Marie's beauty salon after my hair was ruined a few years back and I did complain about hollay. I will not be going back again. I miss my hairstylist Diana whom always did an excellent job on my hair, she had her own perfect hairstyle that she did on my hair and I always left feeling happy and my hair always smelled so good. Now when I leave I'm not happy and I don't smell or even look like I even was at the Beauty Salon. I don't like their prejudice attitude and their customer service. Please give me a refund or do the job right.

I had a great experience with Marie’s Beauty Salon & Supply. They greeted me as soon as I walked in the door, and Stacey did a great job with cutting my hair. I am always hesitant with getting a haircut due to past experiences, but she really listened to what I wanted. Also, very reasonable prices!

I have gotten my haircut in NY, AZ, and Alaska. I used to donate my hair at Marie’s and really was not impressed with the cut the last time I had it done, so I found somewhere else to go. I came back to Marie’s and fell in love with what Brittany F. does with my hair. I love the cut, the colors she puts on to cover the gray with purple, the willingness to listen to whatever I’m thinking about with my hair, her knowledge of the products without being a pushy sales person, plus the use of the app. I highly recommend Brittany F. to my friends. Whenever I travel, I don’t go to anyone but wait to see her. She is an asset of your business.

2nd worst hair cut ever then tries to say I'm a bad customer? So what if I am it's still a BAD hair cut!!! & I still paid $48. for it. For that amount of $$ I would expect better! It's not just my opion that the cut is bad ..... husband, boss, friends. The stylist came in late & must of only heard me say what I didn't want. It looked almost the same of the person before me. She must only know one cut.

I had never been here before. I was a little intimidated by the price for a men's haircut, but it was well worth the price. Courtney cut my hair. Five stars to that chick! She was very funny and comfortable. She put a lot of time and effort into the cut and style. She was not rushed or anxious at all, as I have observed and experienced at other salons. I have received many more compliments on this hair cut than usual. Thanks, Courtney!

Hello I have donated my hair when I was a teenager and my hair grows pretty fast and would like to donate aging how long does it have to be to donated and was wondering how many times can u donate because I think it would be awesome to see how many times I can donate when it get's long enough to donate aging and also I love the fact that it gives back to theses kids that needed it I mean my hair can keep growing and there's can't so why not do some good with it I hope to hear back from you have a awesome day

I'm a hair product junkie, so I was super stoked to check this place out. I walked in and saw a girl at the front counter. She looked at me then looked away. I started to browse. Two other women came from another part of the store and kinda just stood in the doorway and stared. So i said a akward hello and asked if they sold to the public. The one lady said yes and they continued to stare. My first thought was maybe they were waiting for me to show my cosmetology license but at that point I realized they were just being rude and lacked customer service skills. I quickly left. I wanted to look at all the products they sold but could not stand the quiet cold stares. Umm just a tip. You all need to GREET YOUR CUSTOMERS when they enter. A friendly hello will not hurt. Instead of just staring maybe ask if i need any help finding anything??? Customer service is extremely important. I'll just order my salon products online or find another place to shop.

I donated 23 inches to Locks of Love so the haircut was FREE! It's been a month since I got my hair cut and it STILL LOOKS FABULOUS!! I will be going back to them again for sure!!
