I have had no problem with the staff before. I get home to wash my hair to come to realize she didn’t even spend 8 minuets on my haircut, didn’t trim to my wanting properly making everything un-even, wanting trying, no wonder why people say “Grey Clips”.

Alyxandria & Emily are amazing but stay away from Kelly! She's rude to children aged 9. She didn't like "getting stuck with the curly haired one" RUDE! For a moment I hesitated when she called my child because she herself had a hideous haircut & if the hair dresser's hair is yuck she'll probably not be awesome on your hair. If you want a pleasant experience do not sit in her chair!

I've used Great Clips on and off for years due to it's convenience and low wait times to get a haircut. But often the stylists haven't done the best job with my hair as it's really difficult to get a good haircut. A couple of months ago I stopped at the Palmer location (because it was convenient and fast) and the stylist gave me a great haircut. Unfortunately, I didn't get her name when I was there last time. I called today to see if they would have a record of who did the haircut because whomever it was I wanted to use again because she did such a good job. Coincidently enough, whoever answered the phone looked it up and laughed and said, "It was me!"

We went in for a normal boys cut for 2 of my sons. All I said was longer on top and shorter on the side. Pretty simple. Both boys cuts weren't great, but one of my sons was absolutely horrible. It was ridiculously choppy and he wound up with a Simple Jack look. I brought him back for a redo and felt bad that another stylist had to spend her time fixing someone else's mistake, so I paid for the haircut again. She did better but it was pretty hard to make it look good after the original. Usually the cuts aren't perfect, but theyre cheap and the app is convenient. I guess I'll be switching.

Great clips in Palmer is typically older gals and they do an awesome job. Every once in a while you get one of them thar whippersnappers and we'll, not so awesome. So that's why 4*.
