Called and asked for an appointment and never got a call back. I went to the Chop Shop and now I have a new place to have my hair cut. I really wanted to try them out because I heard great things about them. Customer lost.

I used to really enjoy going here when they were on Fairview. There was a young woman that cut my hair and my wife's hair and we both loved her. Always tipped her 100%. She moved out of state and then the Salon changed locations. Now it's located in a horrible, cramped, claustrophobic basement but that's not the worst thing. Good luck getting anybody to answer the phone. We tried numerous times and only got an answering machine. Left our name and number multiple times to be called back to schedule an appointment but nobody ever calls back. Two good customers lost. We have since started going to d'Markos Salon which is terrific and highly recommended. I'm giving 1 star because you can't give 0.

I’m a military member who is very particular about his hair and making sure it’s done right. With that in mind, I highly recommend Jess Toole. She has been my go-to barber for the past year and I couldn’t have been happier ... she takes her time and makes sure to give each client the very best haircut possible. Traveling around, I’ve had to get a lot of hair cuts from different barbers. Jess is easily among the best. Definitely call and book her if you’re looking for a job well done!

I asked Ashley at the Seville Salon to make my hair light brown streaked with blonde. Instead, I got dark brown hair that changes color with each wash. All I want is my money back. This was the absolute worst experience I have ever had at a salon. I suppose my next step is the Cosmetology Board or my lawyer. My hair has been an ugly dark brown for a family event of 50 people, a 200 people event on Saturday night and what will be a large funeral on Sunday.
