I have LOVED going here the past two years. I HIGHLY recommend Madison but I know all of the stylists are so great. Everyone is super friendly and I love Aveva products. I tell all of my friends about Salon Thirty-One!

After years and years of many other hair salons I have never walked out of a salon and been 100% satisfied. I wanted to try somewhere new a few months back and crossed fingers it would be the one. Definitely not regretting that decision AT ALL. I have always had Meredith do my hair and never once have I been disappointed. The staff is always so friendly and helpful as well. GREAT choice if your looking for a new salon :)

Thank you Hope for your prompt response! My eleven year old daughter had the Zone highlight done and a haircut. When I originally made the appointment I was advised that the Zone was $45 (10 foils). I had the $20 new service coupon so I was expecting to pay around $65 before tip. The highlights were very subtle which is what I wanted and we go to the cashier and the total was over $90 WITH the coupon so I asked what exactly was I paying for and a $26 shine treatment was done and I wasn’t asked if I wanted this. I was told that this was toner and that they do this on all highlights. This was over half the cost of the actual service!

The search for a permanent salon is over! These ladies along with their products have literally saved my hair ,skin , brows etc etc over and over again ! Brooke always steers me in the right direction and will tell you what you need to do in your best interest rather than making the sale ! THEY CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS and will never leave you disappointed. I love when people ask me where I get my hair done because I can give a recommendation without worry now

Went in today for a haircut and I left with the worst hair experience I have ever had. My stylist was so focused on what everyone else was doing in the salon, so much so that she barely looked at me and did not conversate with me at all. My stylist stated how she was tired of everyone who gets a haircut complaining, so I did not feel comfortable in stating my own complaints. The length is not what I want (wanted shorter), I wanted layers (she did one layer and it is barley noticeable), and I wanted long side bangs (again barely noticeable because she did not cut enough hair). I cannot afford to make another appointment somewhere else, so I will results to cutting it myself. I am so frustrated.

I came in with my five year old. To get a hair cut. Madison White was his stylist. I showed her what we wanted to do with his hair and she was able to give us exactly what we was asking for. She was also able to work in a beard trim for me. Salon thirty one is a very clean and welcoming environment and feel. I highly recommend giving them a shot. Also Madison White is good with the kids. And great at beard trimming.

When you operate a Business that is surrounded by professional hiar stylists, only good things happen. I got the best Eastertime haircut at an affordable rate. Or maybe its because I got the haircut in Alabama where the folks down there are very courteous unlike the Northwest where I live.

Update: I went back to the salon and had the color corrected and now have the look I was going for. The salon owner was very helpful and did not charge for the correction, they have a service guarantee. Overall I am pleased with the salon and plan to go back the next time I need my hair done. I thought my hair was great and it looked nice when I left the salon. When I got home it looked really blue and grey in my bathroom mirror. I think the lighting at the salon made it look nice but I was really going for a warmer look and ended with a cool look. I didn’t say anything because it was hard to tell until I got closer up to my own mirror. My salon artist was nice and knew what she was doing the cut turned out perfect.

Been here once. Worked my son in quickly. Did a great job. Everyone looked professional for the position. Place was nice. Wish I'd have checked the prices before my son went back. Again, good place and they did a great job, but I was really taken back when I was told my charge for the haircut. Quite costly. Unfortunately we won't be back just for that reason.

I love Aveda products! I stopped by this salon last week to stock up on hair products. I was extremely disappointed by the way the staff treated me. There were four girls at the front desk just starring. I had a couple of questions regarding specific product usage but they could not answer them. All four girls were all unfriendly, unknowledgeable, and just plain rude to say the least. I will not support this salon after my experience.
