This has been my second time to Regis at bel air mall and Rikki has done such a great job both times. First time she was able to fix a horrible hair cut from another place and the second time around she was able to add some beautiful color into my plain Jane hair and I absolutely loved it, and of course the hair cut was just as great! Definitely recommend her.

I went in to get my hair colored for the first time ever, an ombre hairstyle. My hair is dark brown so I was pretty nervous. The stylist I had, Rikki, was fantastic; she did an amazing job with my hair and took her time, she didn't rush at all. I'll definitely be coming back to have my hair done by her again!

I went in first and just got highlights even though my roots were growing out. My fault honestly. I went back the next day and Rikki was kind enough to redo my hair for only the difference of the price between the highlights and the all over cover. It was perfect. I walked out with a completely new color and I am very satisfied and very happy with the job. And Rikki is the greatest joy to chat to while you're getting your hair done. Very lovely place I'm definitely going back.

Absolutely horrendous. The hairdresser made 5 cuts to my hair, and they were not good! I had to ask her to cut my fringe straight, despite advising her it the main part i was in there. She spent so long stopping to talk instead of paying attention, I ended up feeling uncomfortable I just wanted out of there. I had to try and sort it myself when I got home. My hair was also still wet when I left. The while process from getting my hair washed to leaving was 10 minutes, and still charged $43.

Walked in at 820. There is no one in there. And I asked for a hair cut. She said it's too late. I have to close. Yet I know. You still have 40 mins. How long is going to take on Guy's hair 10 mins. And you still have 30 mins to close. Sorry. But I will never be back.

I went to Regis Salon simply because it was close to where I live. I didn’t expect much considering I have been to a few different salons lately and haven’t been impressed. However, my stylist Deborah was AMAZING! I have blonde hair and I always like to get highlights to brighten up my blonde and most of the time I’m not crazy about the color after I get highlights but Deborah nailed it and I am in LOVE with the color! Deborah by far did the best job on my hair than I have had in a long long time! I will be going back to see Deborah again!

This happened like a year ago but nonetheless I will still review this salon and why I’ve never been back. So I had made an appointment 2 weeks prior to my prom. I specifically stated when I booked my appointment that it was going to be for my prom and I wanted a braid and my hair curled. This mall is 45 mins away from me and I only booked here because I was getting my makeup done in Sephora, and then had to be back 45 mins to my hometown for my prom festivities. I was on a time crunch. I get there and I was waiting for 10 mins before someone helped me, to which they asked what I needed. I stated that I had an appointment to get my hair done for prom. I showed them the picture and neither said they could achieve the simple braid and curl. they explained that the stylist I was scheduled for had called in, but I was not informed of this until I had already made the 45 min trip. They had nothing they could do for me and I was shoo-Ed away. Will never be going back. I was in tears because I was already on a time crunch and I had specifically made that appointment at that time so I would have time to do everything else. Good thing I was able to find another salon in the mall but I was late for my makeup appointment because of the time wasted.

Went to the nail salon for a pedicure. My favorite part is the massage. I didn’t get one at all. She put lotion on my legs and that was it. All of it was subpar. She also burned the back of my calf with a hot stone! I never go to places like this but we are from out of town and I really wanted something relaxing. I don’t recommend this place at all and completely regret coming here.

Caley is literally THE BEST! She’s so nice and made me, a haircut/color novice, feel so relaxed! I got the balayage and showed her a pic and she got it perfect! The salon is very nice and clean and the prices are great! Totally recommend!

Horrible! I would not recommend this place. There were two hair stylists and the receptionist and they were all mad at each other because of booking issues to the wrong people- you could see and feel the negativity. I think my stylist's name was Ronnie and she did not listen to what I wanted, acted like she didn't know what I was talking about after explaining multiple times, and one side of my hair was longer than the other after she cut it. When I pointed that out, her response was, "I don't see it." I ended up searching for another hair salon that was opened by the time my cut was finished, luckily got an appointment somewhere else, and I told the new stylist what happened. She agreed that one side was longer, the back of my a-line was cut way too short, and said that Ronnie did not consider how thick my hair was.

Wouldn't really recommend it.. according to my hair I never get the right stylist I always get someone unexperienced with my hair type. Last time i went here for a haircut the women who was cutting my hair was telling me herself she's not sure what to do with it... was so disappointed. They are only good for a blow dry if they can even do that properly.

I walked-in on Sunday and one stylist was doing a hair-cut, the other was just standing in the back and walked away as soon as I walked in. I asked if they had any availability for me and she said they were booked but I could schedule an appointment. I decided not to. The next day I decided to give it another shot but I called before I drove out there. Someone scheduled an appointment for me at 3 pm. When I show up the stylist that greeted me was friendly and asked me to fill out a profile card that asked about things like what kind of services I want and what styling tools I'm comfortable using. I fill it out and am told that she'll be with me shortly so I walk over to look at the products they had for sale. A couple minutes later my stylist (I don't remember her name) comes up to me and asks if it would be ok to push my appointment back to 4pm when one of the other stylists, Ashleigh, is available. She says isn't comfortable doing pixie cuts and offers 20% off. I agree because I needed to run to Bed Bath and Beyond anyways and I appreciated that she didn't just butcher my already super short hair. I come back a little early because I ran out of other things to do and I had to wait a while for Ashleigh to finish. When she finished her client's hair looked AMAZING!!! It was in a style that I use to wear when my hair was longer and she executed it flawlessly. She accommodated every request her client made with a smile and was very patient. It looked great and her client couldn't stop telling me how awesome she is. Despite all the praise I was still nervous because I wanted my hair cut even shorter and there wasn't a lot of room for error. She asked me a few questions, threw in a free conditioning treatment and totally rocked my haircut. It came out EXACTLY how I wanted it. After she cut it she asked if she could play with my hair a bit because she never gets to style short hair. I agreed and walked out with a super fun feminine spiky style. My only disappointment is that the original stylist that wasn't comfortable doing my hair didn't stick around to watch or anything. How will she get better if she doesn't try? I will definitely be returning to see Ashleigh again but I probably wouldn't return if it wasn't for her.

i simply called and scheduled an appointment for the next day at 5:00pm, on my way there the next day i was running 2 mins behind so I called them and told them I was running a couple mins behind. they were rude and said “you can’t be late so we are canceling your appointment.” they were very un-professional and get rude. don’t go here.

My friends always complement my hairdo,and some have become her customers. I hope I can always have Rikki my hairdresser.

This salon fixed a day that was ruined by another salon. They took care of our hair even though we didn't have appointments. Sonya was exceptional. She made my daughter's first hair cut a wonderful experience. She also gave me the haircut I have always wanted. Thanks Sonya!

Honestly I would give this place a 0 not a 1, but sadly that isn't an option. I came in here asking for 3 inches cut off, to get my hair texturized, and to get it cut in a "v" shape. I got more than 3 inches off, they dry cut my hair, with it being naturally wavy, so I have no idea how he could be accurate with the trim or the hair cut in general, I walked out with an uneven "V", and was told by the hair dresser that I should not get it texturized because I "live in Mobile, AL and the humidity is bad" ... They said texturizing my hair would make my hair look bad because of the humidity ? They did nothing I asked for whatsoever, and a five year old could cut better than them. Also did I mention that I stood up the whole time I got it cut ...

I’m a regular here and have never had bad service. Kecia has been doing my hair for a few years, and I have even had family go to her. It is hard for to believe that anyone is rude, I have never encountered that at this salon.

I've been to Regis 3 times for color. The first time I went to Rikki, and she did a good job. I didn't have any complaints. Then I called back to get my roots done and was told she'd left, so I got an appointment with Jay--he really didn't know what he was doing. My hair came out the right color, but it was crispy. Then, since it is a good location for me, I decided to try a third time with a different stylist. I got Susan who didn't fry my hair and got it to the right color in places, but she was so sloppy with the foils large chunks weren't colored. And then the haircut she did was ridiculous. I went somewhere else to get it fix and the next hairstylist described it as 3 different haircuts. You might get lucky and find someone good at Regis, but overall the skill and professionalism you expect for that price point just isn't there.

My daughter is 8...... she got a straight iron and a cut (she has loose curly hair). She kept trying to get me to put a relaxer in her hair...... i said no. We just wanted a flat iron and a cut...... The whole appointment took 1 hr. The lady tried to charge me for an adult cut, press and color. She said the extra charge was for length. She cut 3 inches. Her hair is not that long. I was confused how i was paying for an adult hair cut for a CHILD of 8 yrs old. She said the appointment took 2 hrs. I told her it didnt. She could check our check in time- 1 hr. We did NO wash and NO dry. I was paying for a child cut and a straight iron...... anything for extra money...... and of course no manager available.....

This is the most unprofessional salon I have ever been to. I had made an appointment for my daughter at 10:45.When my daughter arrived, the stylist who was supposed to do my daughters hair, approach me and said she would be unable to blow dry my child’s hair. She asked if I would mind waiting for another stylist who would be in at 1100. I decided to wait. Five min to 1100 the receptionist approached me and said this stylist wouldn’t be in until noon and asked if I would mind coming back, at this point I decided to leave. She asked if I wanted to reschedule, I said no and told her I will be taking my businesses else where. I would not recommend this salon to anyone. This is possibly the worse service elsewhere. If you can’t blow dry why are you at work. Never mind the fact that I saw this same stylist blow drying a customers hair the day I booked my daughters appointment. I’m extremely upset my time and gas was wasted. Honestly this salon didn’t deserve one star, but it wouldn’t allow me to leave a review without giving one.

Do not spend your $$ here! I am a very easy going person when it comes to my hair. All I asked was for a simple trim all around for my long layers and to have it styled with some volume. The stylist asked if she could "tease" my hair...I agree, no big deal...the next thing I know she CHOPS OFF a CHUNK of my hair at the top of my head!!!!! My hair is fine and i need every precious strand i have! I have NEVER had anyone suggest to "tease" hair this way for more volume. Naturally I freaked out and the stylist was very rude and commented that she asked me first....misunderstanding I suppose. What made matters even worse she continued to ruin my hair my adding way to much product to my hair and blow dried my hair with a paddle brush...my hair was flat, weighed down and soo greasy! She could tell I was upset and asked if that was what I wanted...I replied not at alll and that I asked for VOLUME she then proceeded to check me out and did not offer to fix it. I immediately went home and washed my hair and styled it myself which then it looked good lol but I had to make sure to cover my little "bald spot" otherwise the short hairs stuck out. I will NEVER take my business here again, what baffles me the most is my stylist seemed to be a supervisor lol (I'm assuming because many of the girls were asking her questions for their clients as well as scheduling) Worst experience!

I ask for a balayage and get an ombre. I go in for the second time to fix it and the girl does the same exact thing. Burn all of the bottom of my hair. I paid a full price twice. Also the hair drier blows cold air and apparently it works on everyone else's hair but not mine. She said I should bring my own hair drier. Dont waste your time and money.

Came in one day to ask for prices on how much it was to have the Keratin done for my hair. They came back to me saying that they don't do it because is illegal in the state of Colorado. Don't know why they said that, I think it was mostly how I was dress, o had just come from the gym and who doesn't look their best coming from the gym. But anyways won't be coming back here they seem to judge you by the way you look.
