Donita is my stylist. She fixed my hack job I had done to my baby fine thin hair! It was so soft, even, static free, healthier & beautiful after she fixed it. She has gained a loyal client of over 1 year now. I couldn't be happier with my new color. I even referred a friend and was able to get her an appt the next day. My boyfriend will only have her cut and style his after she fixed him up as well. Donita is a rockstar! The salon is always clean & we always leave feeling so refreshed and happy! Thanks for the great service and laughs everytime we visit!

This is quite possibly the worst haircut I have ever had, if I was allowed to use a negative rating, I would do so. I had a picture, the same picture I always give to a stylist, this is the same haircut I always get. When she started I told her she was cutting it too short and she insisted she knew what she was doing. She needs to listen more and talk less.

Shasta cut my hair. I went in asking for a BANG trim and an UNDERCUT trim. The two things I had asked for specifically, were that my bangs did NOT go above my eyebrows and my undercut was not shaved to the skin. My bangs hardly reach the center of my forehead, and my undercut was shaved without a guard at all. She insisted on straightening my hair and CUTTING ALL OF IT when I had asked her not to. Not only did she ignore literally everything i had asked for, she cut my hair different lengths on each side. If you choose to go here regardless of the reviews, ask anyone but Shasta to cut it. I am furious that I was charged 25 dollars for the sloppiest, ugliest haircut I've ever gotten. AVOID THIS PLACE.

I had gone in to cut off 11 inches of hair. I ended up getting a hairstylist who was very sick and had to keep running to the bathroom to vomit. She cut my hair off super fast & it's nothing like I told her I wanted. She cut it way shorter then I hoped for.

Straya is amazing we will never go any where else... my daughter had two very bad experiences in a row, a haircut gone wrong at a different salon and then the manger Steve at perfect look gave my daughter a perm and it was terrible. I brought my daughter back in and Straya redid it and she looks amazing. She was personable and very talented. Thank you Straya for saving Senior year for my daughter.

Over priced, you might as well go to great clips and get a better hair cut for half the price. I got a beard trim and a short hair cut she just basically shaved my head for 27 dollars. Rip off and I will never be back again.

Went to look at products, the old hippie wanna be young guy in there (maybe owner who knows) was a jerk, to say it kindly. There is no way I'm spending my money in there. He needs to go back to where he came from or maybe he was a failure in another state and this is the only job he could find.

Uneven hair trim. The woman insisted that other parts of my hair were bangs and cut them off. People, go find an established hair salon. Don't waste your time at this place. Overrated and not a "perfect look".
