Love this salon! Everyone is so friendly and helpful! Travis is FABULOUS!!! He really spends time with his clients to ensure that their questions are answered and listens to their hair care ideas and needs. He even takes the time to teach his clients certain hair styling techniques. Travis is truly gifted in his profession. He has a keen eye for detail and uses his creative vision to produce excellent results! After my third appointment, I’m now convinced that he had to of come out of his mother’s womb holding a hairbrush, blow dryer, and scissors! Like I said, the man is gifted! Some people are just born with it! Travis and Neo Mode Salon come HIGHLY recommended!

While Neo Mode has some mixed reviews, I have to give it five stars because my stylist, Joey, is the only stylist I've ever had that is consistently fantastic. I recommend Joey strongly as he has been cutting hair for many decades now. A tip I have is to call Neo Mode and try to schedule a haircut with him in advance. I believe a haircut is about $30 for a man. You will not find a better stylist than Joey. That is why I intend to keep revisiting as long as he is not retired.

I had a haircut with Madison last year and she did a great job, was pleasant and gave practical advice for maintenance. More recently Savannah did a Balayage I was nervous about since it was my first time. I'm very pleased with the result and highly recommend her specially for Indian hair which not everyone can work with. Travis has done my brows once and knew what he was doing. Overall each experience has been ideal for me and I will be returning. The camaraderie amongst the stylists is great and the ambiance is upbeat and trendy. I also like the lack of pressure to schedule your next appointment.

Travis cut my hair. ..I have difficult fine hair. ....he gave me a really good hair style. The receptionist is very nice and understanding. When you call for an appointment you feel welcome. Everyone is friendly. It is a good experience.

This review is a long time coming b/c I've been going to Neo Mode for about 2yrs. I only go for haircuts, so I can't knowledgeably speak to the quality of other services. Suffice it to say that Neo Mode has absolutely spoiled me, and I can hardly bear to go to any other hair salons. The location is good; the indoor decoration/feng shui is peaceful and open; and the service is effective and pleasant without being over-the-top. The stylist I see is Natasha. She listens to my needs and always does what I need her to (none of those "trims" that take way too much off). All I can say is that she is very good at what she does, and she is very nice. Summary: I trust Neo Mode and highly recommend it.

Often had to wait when made appointment month in advance. Color job poor. Was told they did not do permanent color at salon. What they used washed out in three weeks. Will not go back.

Went in to get my eyebrows done today and was very disappointed. My eyebrows were bushy before I had them waxed, and now they are very thin and unnatural looking. I asked to keep the shape of my eyebrows and told the stylist that I liked the "bushiness" but she did not listen to my request. I would not recommend the eyebrow services offered at Neo Mode.

I recently moved to the area and hadn't found a salon yet so I decided to dye my hair myself. I managed to turn my hair blue a week before a wedding I was set to be in. I frantically called around and was able to get an appointment with Whitney at Neo Mode for the next day. She is a MIRACLE worker!
