When I first arrived with no appointment, had to wait 30 minutes for more help to come in at 11:30am on a Saturday which wasn't bad. But when help did come in, I got right to a chair. Then the girl who was cutting my hair was distracted by her conversations with the other stylist's which resulted in one bad cut for me. It was my first time to this business and my LAST! I was referred to by a friend but once he saw my hair, said it would be his last. If it were not for the way this is set up to post a review, I would not even give this place a one star....

I really wish I could write a review and leave 0 stars. That’s how much this place and a hair stylist with red hair hair completely RUINED my hair! I came in and asked for hilights and a color correction and I left with my hair looking like a 3 year old got scissor happy and my hair was 6 different colors. Thankfully hair color is something that’s easily fixable. My poor butchered and uneven hair was not. I’ve tried my best to let it grow out but I honestly can’t stand the low self esteem I have every time I look in the mirror from the horrible haircut I got here. Please do not come here for a hair cut. Support a local business with hairstylists that actually know what the hell theyre doing to your hair!

I just went in there at 7:50. They close at 9. Only one stylist working on one haircut. I was the only customer in there. Told me she wasn't taking anymore customers!! Not good customer service at all!!!!!

Most visits go well. However I just drove 30 miles to get myself and my son a haircut. Only one stylist on duty and was booked for the rest of the day. I don't blame the stylists, I blame the management. Edit: I'm now changing my rating to 1 star after I drove 30 miles again only to be told to come back another day. This place is understaffed.

Rachel is awesome! The quality of style you get for the price can’t be matched! Walks ins should expect to wait like anywhere else in the world. Not sure why people have left bad reviews because they had to wait. Make an appointment. I’ll be going back for sure!

DON'T EVER GO HERE! I paid 60 dollars to have my hair dyed a nice natural auburn color. The stylist didn't put enough color remover in my hair so she had to bleach it, after bleaching it, which she didn't even let sit, she put the dye on, and when she rinsed it out and it was DARK PURPLE WITH CHERRY ROOTS. and bleach spots through out it like a lepoard. It was AWFUL. She didn't offer me a refund, she made me pay and then said i could come back next week and SHE would fix it. I don't want her touching my hair ever again and ive contacted corperate. She mixed the dye wrong and left it on way too long. I couldn't even go to work it's so bad. Don't get a dye job there or regis and don't let MELISSA touch your hair ever. Meanwhile, the stylist were talking about how everyone thinks they suck and knife fights they had been in and how one lady pulled a gun on a woman. YOU DON'T TALK LIKE THAT IN FRONT OF CUSTOMERS.

First time there, got in and out in like 20 min. I was on my lunch break the stylest very nice, knew what she was doing! All I got done was a dry cut she did a really good job, I will return!!!

Won't go anywhere else my children have all had their first hair cuts here they are patient with the children and go out of their way to make it a positive experience this place is amazing

Long wait and bad customer service! Red hair hairdresser acts like she hates her job and has an attitude. She was just sitting around and waiting for customers to come in. You look bad and lazy just sitting down in your chair till a customer walks in, please get up and clean the salon or do something else don’t just sit around. You should be welcoming customers at the door or selling products. Blond hair hairdresser had a better attitude and was actually busy, but I’m still not coming back!

The lady was really nice. I got my hair bleached and cut. she did a wonderful job my hair wasn't burned and is actually pretty healthy despite her bleaching it. This is now my to go salon!

Went to take my son to get his haircut stylist said that the wait would be about 20 to 25 minutes an hour and a half later we still have not been helped. The Stylist then said she was expecting another person to come in at 12 but that was a poor excuse considering she told us it was going to be 20 or 25 minutes at 2:20 had to give up because we could not waste any more of our day I would never recommend anybody to go to the MasterCuts in the Dothan Mall due to their poor customer service.
