Nice gym. They have really nice equipment and there’s a machine for every muscle group. But be warned, the dumbbells don’t go up very high and there aren’t any barbells to speak of, only Smith machines which I don’t get. Smith machines are only good for learning form, that’s it! They need barbells.

Great gym for the money, if you have a problem with carbs ignore them and drive on. It’s a gimmick to get more people to sign up. Don’t be a jerk and just got to the gym. You can’t beat the price anywhere in town

I love this place. The atmosphere is very relaxing and calming. The staff is phenomenal. I was having an issue with my account payments going through and Jon the assistant manager was absolutely amazing. He was very kind and very attentive in making sure I was well taken care of. He did everything in his power to get the issue solved. He went above and beyond. I will most definitely be going back when I decide to start working out again.

I have had to pay the fees for the last four months because you can't cancel your membership over the phone or online. The have had e-signature for many years now. Work took me out of state for awhile for training. Your guys are horrible.

Very friendly staff! Everyone always greets me with a smile on their face, and they tell me to have a great day when I leave! Locker room is always clean and smells nice, and their Black Card rooms are great too. My only wish is that they would have barbells in addition to the Smith machines, but when you pay less than $30 a month, you can’t complain!!!

I hate the rules. I wear stringer tanks, and ranger panties when I lift. No shame in this life. Whatever, but this gym was accepting of gymrats and I appreciate that. I traded my "man card" for a planet fitness t shirt.

I love this gym. It's very laid back. The staff is always friendly and willing to help. Also, they are staffed 24 hours a day. It's an all around great environment. Yes, once a month they have pizza or do bagles in the morning. It's nice to go to a gym that is relaxed and enjoyable. And who can hate pizza coke. On guys!

This is my home gym and have been going here everyday for 3 months. Friendly staff, clean bathrooms and it has a lot of space (didn't realize this until I went to another PF which was very cramped). The equipment isn't the latest and greatest but that doesn't bother me. The restroom hand dryers talk about saving trees from paper towel waste but paper towels are used to wipe down equipment which is a bit redundant. Overall, I'll continue to go here everyday.

The workers here were making fun of my wife for her hair style and skin color. For a "judgment free zone" it wasn't very judgment free, if even the people working here make fun of others to their face. The only reason i am even giving it 2 stars is because when we ended our subscription with them, the manager worked with us and made it so we don't have to pay their February fee. We still will never go here again.

It's great! I can go whenever I have a chance. The exercise equipment is fantastic. There's always someone there if you have questions. I can sign up for one on one classes at no extra charge. The staff is friendly. I can't go wrong with paying $10 a month!

You cannot use this facility without a checking account. If my cash is no good, the place does not deserve my business. Same thing with credit cards. Cashless economy is a terrible idea in ALL ways. This IS financial discrimination.

The reviews are lies. If you want friendly customer service, clean toilets and equipment that works, then this is not the right place. The staff hasn't greeted me or other customers but maybe once a week depending on who's working. I know the toilets haven't been cleaned in 3 days because someone spit sunflower seeds in them and they're still there. Employee walks around entire gym with a big yellow bowl of food like she's cradling a baby and eating at the same time. I have mentioned two machines not working properly for two months now. Still not fixed. I have enjoyed PF for years but the Cheyenne gym is horrible mostly because of the customer service. The two stars are a five to the only four employees that seem to enjoy this extremely simple job. Fyi. Employees are exact opposite when management is there. I see this first hand everyday. If the toilets aren't cleaned when I go tomorrow it's yelping time with name's. So I received a comment from the owner. "oh no, George! This is not something we like to see about our Planet. Please speak to the management team so that they can be aware of this. We would like for you to enjoy your time at our Planet." So I went back to see if anything had changed. The owner didn't even say a word to the employees. Toilet still has the sunflower seeds in the toilet and the same equipment is still broken. This is obviously a rich person that doesn't care about very simple hygiene facilities, customer service or pride in ownership. Guaranteed I will see someones spit out sunflower seeds in the toilet tomorrow. Shame on you for not caring about your paying patrons. I mean really, who walks around a gym with a huge yellow bowl of food while they are working and the owner asks no questions. An owner that doesn't care.

Gym is great overall, however a little frustrating with the fact that I've been also tanning here since shortly after they opened and have not once has any of the staff ever asked me if I have "eye protection" except for today. All of the sudden it's "federal law" and I'm asked to spend $3.00 to purchase goggles?!?!? What happened to the "federal law" the last 50 or so times I've tanned here? Seriously? I guess someone was feeling special and in charge today.

Not as good as our home gym. They do not wash hand towels, instead they just put out brown paper... which is funny when the bathroom has hand dryers that say they're saving trees... pick a side! Replying to reply. Owner, Hi owner. Since you obviously read these take the things said into account and feel free to change them! :) Seems to be quite a few comments on here you can consider.... Take them as you will and change them or don't like I said not my actual gym not my problem just your members issues. The ones who pay for you to keep the electric hand dryers on!

I got the black card because I could bring a guest I told them who and my younger brother was with me... After I drive an hour we finally arrived and were turned down because he's 16 and needs a parent, they didn't tell us he was not going to be able to get in when I talked to them. I'm furious because I canceled my other gym membership BECAUSE they said it was fine to take him since I'm an adult and I'm his family. So now I'm spending 20$ on a gym with limited selection and I can't even use my balck card to its full potential. Pissed as a mother f#$&er

Why are you trying to kill the business before it is even open?! Reviews are not the place to complain about Google's business hours accuracy. My wife went to tan and came back without tanning. She said the bed was covered in debris and half of it was in between the two panes and she couldn't get to it. Also, didn't like that costumers were responsible for cleaning the beds as she knows that tanning beds need special cleaners for disinfecting deeper then normal cleaners. She also says the beds are really old and the controls don't work so she couldn't take the face tanner off. The room itself was very un-kept and needed swept and mopped. One of the worst Planet Fitness' that we have been to.
