Never wanting to join I gym I won a trial package in a raffle. Me? Join a gym? No way! After much internal debate, I took a chance and fell in love with the process and the workouts (the variety, extra classes beyond boot camp, wellness & nutrition). It is hard & challenging and the coaches gently nudge you but it is also rewarding and caring group - my extended workout family and most of all it is fun. For a first gym joiner, I am super happy to have selected this one and will continue my journey with them.

As someone who's never been a "gym" person, I've found my home at Wild! The smaller groups, the attention to detail, and the care and support of the staff. Probably my favorite thing about Wild is that it is about Wellness and Fitness. They focus on health, strength, and endurance. You'll often hear the term, "non scale victory", and that's to me, what it's all about. A better, HEALTHIER, me.

I was terrified to join a gym. I've always been the uncoordinated and awkward one, but I was roped in by a friend to come to a class. I was able to witness the caring, energetic, knowledgeable and coaches at work. The community was so supportive and I saw people at all ages and fitness levels doing their personal best. I joined a challenge nearly two years ago and was hooked- I've been a member ever since. I love the ever changing boot camps. Even when I go 5 times a week- it's never the same boot camp twice! The coaches are witty and make great modifications for more of a challenge or to protect an injury. Kettlebell camp is one of my favorite specialty classes. I always feel well taken care of as well as challenged. The coaches have helped me achieve my ever changing goals. I can't imagine not being a member at Wild. I highly recommend Wild Workouts and Wellness.

Wild is not your average gym. At Wild you go into a workout knowing that you are going to get your butt happily kicked. The trainers are always very helpful and willing to make sure you get the best workout for you. They are always pushing you to do your best and to try harder. Here at Wild you workout as a family. Everyone is willing to help each other with a little friendly competition or just an extra "way to go." Or "you got this." Best place to workout in my opinion.

Have been a member for over 5 years. All the trainers have been top notch. I totally enjoy working out here. I'm a 5:30 am adentee , you will see me 5 + days a week. I have worked out at several other gyms, sorry they don't come close. 5:30 am workout peeps rock. I really enjoy the variety, never boring.

I have been working out at WILD for years. The things that keep me coming back: it's a judgment free zone, I always get great modifications of exercises from the coaches based on my various aches & pains that particular day, there is a whole lot of healthy recipe sharing among staff and clients, workouts are different every time so I never get bored, workouts are a great balance of strength training and cardio, non-scale victories are more important to the coaches than strictly weight-loss, and last but not least....WILD is the single most effective way that I have met my Bay View neighbors and feel a real sense of community.

I have been working out at Wild for almost 2 years. I had years of unsuccessful, non-committal type gym relationships. This was exactly what I needed. I feel more committed to going in, because i feel more accountable. The coaches care about everyone who comes in the door and take time to check in. If you have an injury or ongoing issue - they are happy to give you alternate exercises during the circuits that still help you achieve working similar muscle groups. I am a stronger and healthier version of myself than I have been in a long time. I don't remember a time where I have ever looked forward to working out, except for the last year and 9 months, where I find myself seriously bummed out if I miss a workout!

I joined the small group training program 6 months ago and couldn't be happier with it. My fitness routine has lagged in the last few years due to some recurring injuries. The staff here are great at finding workarounds to any injuries or physical limitations you might have and getting you stronger and more fit overall. I greatly appreciate the flexible class times and the small group class groups are very supportive and fun. The best part of working out here for me is that I don't have to plan my workouts- I just show up, do what the trainers say, and get results. That's the best and most efficient workout routine I've ever done.

LOVE this place! Its like a playground for adults! Started at the beginning of the year in one of the challenges and enjoyed it so much, I signed on to continue being tortured. And when I say "tortured" I mean that in only the best way. Each class will leave you in exhausted, sweaty, red-faced bliss. You can tell the trainers really put a lot of thought into each session so that it is challenging, but achievable for people of all fitness levels. The environment is supportive and judgement free. Best of all, its never boring!

I joined Wild almost 3 months ago and have loved every second of it. My lifestyle before was a lot of TV, sitting in my comfy recliner a lot, eating Wendy's and Taco Bell. Not healthy! I have tried a number of different fad diets and fitness routines over the years, none lasting longer than a couple weeks. Finally, I found the secret - Wild! It is exactly what I needed to start getting my butt in shape. Having someone there pushing me and telling me what to do and showing me how to do it has been amazing. And I just love feeling my body and spirit getting healthier and happier with each passing week. They're awesome!

I've tried so many places to workout. And this one truly feels like home. The staff and other members are great. No intimidation at all. That's what won me over first. But then the workouts! Went here for their buddy week while I was visiting my sister in town. Carla created an insanely interesting and challenging workout based around pi day(March 14). The workout had me sweating in an environment that felt totally comfortable and clean. If I lived closer the the gym, I would definitely be a member. Thank you Carla for the awesome, fun workout!

Wild is a comfortable/non-intimidating atmosphere where the trainers make sure they get to know you and your capabilities so that they can push you when needed and pull back if you have any limitations. All of its members are so friendly and encouraging of each other.

I hate exercising for all of the reasons that most people hate exercise, and then to top it off, I freakin' HATE feeling sweaty. A friend of mine mentioned her past, positive experience with a Wild boot camp. I knew I needed to institute some regular, scheduled fitness for personal health reasons. That said, I was teenager-ly defiant that while I was going to try Wild for a month for a fitness challenge, I was doing it because I needed to, not because I wanted to, and I certainly wasn't going to like it. Holy $h1t, I'm eating low-carb crow pie, because it turns out, I actually *like* exercise, but more specifically, I *really like* the Wild boot camp sessions. Christy is an amazingly fun and effective coach. She maintains a high level of energy that is motivating (not irritating), keeps it silly and fun, and helps you with proper form all while you listen to the most randomly awesome 90s mixes. The group environment is instantly welcoming to newbies and non-judgmental. Turns out, when I'm distracted with the fun variety that Wild offers, I don't fixate on all of the negative things I hate about exercise (including being gross and sweaty). I actually joined as a member before the end of the challenge and I am really looking forward to continuing my workouts at Wild.

Wild is empowering. One half of the journey is physical fitness, but the other is definitely a shift in perspective (e.g., what are you capable of). If you are ever unsure of your capabilities, there is often a trainer lurking with a heavier kettlebell. This a great gym.

When I was invited for "free friend" workout, I was skeptical. The idea of me working out in a boot camp class seemed crazy, but I was hooked after one class. The energy and expertise brought by all of the trainers is incredible. They know just how to push you while still making it seem possible through encouragement and individualized accommodations. I am 8 months in, going strong and getting stronger each day. I feel like WILD is teaching me to be the healthiest version of myself!
