Whether you are are amateur strongman, powerlifter, athlete or just looking to live a healthier life and build functional strength River City Ironworxs is where you need to be. They have up to date cardio equipment and weight machines. The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable and they want you to succeed and achieve your goals. If you are a free weights user you know how irritating it is to wait for someone to finishing using the bench or squat rack I promise you that you will not have this issue here since this gym has multiple bench presses and squat racks. They also offer classes and personal training. Plus to top it all off you get access to off site (but not far from the gym) pool, spa and sauna at the River Falls Country Inn.

Tons of space and a lot of cardio equipment which is great.. there's something for everyone.. the employees are very nice and helpful.. the employee sam who gave me the tour was very generous in giving me a lending hand finding what was right for me 10/10
