I've been at Orange Shoe for over two years. It has changed my life. I attend three times weekly with Tom and Kelly. Through their knowledge and professionalism they provide a personalized path for me even though I'm part of a small group class. I could not be happier with my decision to begin a fitness program with the Orange Shoe franchise.

I have been working with both Tom and Kelly for over a year now at the Fitchburg Orange Shoe location and they are both great people and great trainers. They always push me to new levels and they always make me feel great about the work I just completed. I have seen clients of all fitness levels working with Tom and Kelly and I have never once seen either of them form any assumptions or pre-judgements about a client or their fitness level. They always find the right training intensity for the client they are working with. I would highly recommend working with Tom and Kelly. I will surely miss them at the Fitchburg location but Waunakee is getting a great training team that will definitely be able to help anyone that is willing to do the work accomplish their fitness goals.

Tom & Kelly have been instrumental in making me a stronger and healthier person. They have guided me and followed up with me to keep me on track. The positivity and encouragement have been the number one thing that pushes me further. They have each celebrated my successes in a way that has made me want to push further because I know they are as invested in it as I am. It is really a passion for them to help people and they know their craft expertly. I trust them implicitly to watch me and correct my form and improve my weaknesses. And if Kelly ever offers you any healthy recipes - take her up on it! They are always delish!!

Waunakee is lucky to have these two knowledgeable, hard-working, and fun trainers! I have worked out with Kelly and Tom at the Fitchburg Orange Shoe for several years. They are both professional trainers who are prepared for each class, keep track of my progress and motivate me through difficult workouts all while making sure I am doing the movements correctly and safely. I liked that both Kelly and Tom got to know me, understood my specific goals and even after a few years they continue to push me toward new goals. They also seem to find the right balance between making workouts both challenging and fun at the same time!

Kelly and Tom are wonderful to work with! It's truly been a joy training with them. Their classes will kick your butt, in a good way. I've been going to Orange shoe Gym for over a decade, and the organization is top notch. It's not your typical health club or gym. Every trainer I've worked with has been excellent.

If you are in the Waunakee area, go to this gym! Kelly and Tom are incredibly kind and outstanding trainers! They put together great full body workouts that wear you out in the best way and are constantly varied to keep you from getting bored. Whenever people ask for gym recommendations, I always suggest orange shoe because the cost is one of the most worth it parts of my monthly budget! This is a great organization and community with accountability and trainers that genuinely want you to succeed and meet your goals, whatever they are. Long story short, everything about Kelly and Tom and orange shoe is great and you won't regret choosing this gym

I've been working with Tom at the Fitchburg Orange Shoe for 9 months or so. He has been great about helping me schedule and re-schedule workouts around my busy work and travel schedule. I so appreciate his attending to my goals and to my workout preferences. I look forward to seeing him, even if I don't really want to workout, because he is always so positive and affirming! I am especially grateful to him for helping me set up some sessions with Kelly for my daughter. As a high school soccer player and cross country runner (and with newly diagnosed mild scoliosis), my daughter had developed some back pain that threatened to jeopardize her senior year of soccer as a starter on defense. After several weeks of sessions with Kelly, my daughter's back pain disappeared AND she learned valuable exercises and stretches that she’ll be able to practice lifelong. Thanks to what we call the "Kelly factor,” my daughter has started every game this season, and her soccer team is in the "final 4" for the 2018 Wisconsin girls HS soccer championship! I will miss both Tom and Kelly as they transition to their own Orange Shoe at Waunakee but wish them both all the best.

I could not recommend the Orange Shoe Waunakee trainers more highly. Kelly and Tom are some of the nicest humans you could ever meet. That's not to say they won't make you work hard, though! :) They partner with you to understand your goals, preferences and areas you need to focus on, and come up with a personalized plan. They are accommodating, approachable and always respond to feedback or specific requests. I love working out at Orange Shoe and if I can do it, you most certainly can. You won't regret it.

I wish I could give Kelly and Tom more than 5 stars. I've been working with both of them for several years at the Fitchburg Orange Shoe location. They're both fantastic trainers - great motivators, they keep things exciting with new workouts, and I always feel like they're really listening to me, what my goals are and helping me work toward those goals. Moreover, I would say Kelly and Tom are both wonderful people and we've gotten to know a bit about each other's lives outside of the gym, too. Kelly's been my primary trainer for three years and we'll swap recipes, book recommendations, talk about fun things to do around town on the weekends. I'm so sad to see them leave the Fitchburg Orange Shoe, but can't wait to see what happens with this new chapter in their lives.

Tom and Kelly are wonderful trainers for every fitness level! I'd taken a few years off of working out, and despite wanting to turn it around I couldn't seem to make the time. I made a great decision to abandon the membership gym and sign up with Tom and Kelly, who took a ton of the pressure off and made it a fun process rather than a chore. If you're on the fence about whether personal training is right for you or you're struggling to get there on your own, you couldn't do better than this team!
