I really enjoy the small group training classes at Orange Shoe. The classes are challenging and rewarding, and the trainers are friendly, knowledgeable, and motivating. Because the exercises are different every time, it's exciting and gives a complete workout. I've been going about a year and look forward to more!

I love Orange Shoe and have been a client for 7 years. The trainers worked with me initially to get me ready for a bike trip and I had so much fun with them, I stayed on and now have enjoyed 7 bike trips! The trainers are enthusiastic and got a couch potato to enjoy working out. Orange Shoe also got me interested in running and I have completed 10 half marathons as a result (and I had never run before!)
