I have been so impressed with the level of professionalism from all of the staff at Orange Shoe. They are able to easily adapt workouts to fit the needs of both elite athletes and people with some limitations. They provide personalized feedback to get the most out of your workouts while preventing injuries. It is a fun (and challenging) atmosphere. The trainers obviously love what they do and care about their clients. I highly recommend checking them out!

As someone who was very timid about personal training, the staff welcomed me in so nicely! The professionalism as well as relatability with all of the trainers is incredible. The staff at OS are beyond skilled at working with all types of fitness levels. Andrew and team really created a wonderful space for all different body types to come in, challenge themselves, and support one another. They provide individualized personal training as well as group classes that integrate in your own personal fitness routine. You can always count on a good laugh, or dad jokes while working up a sweat. I'm beyond happy I found this place, and highly recommend. Andrew, Lauren, Bryce, and Kellen thank you for being amazing humans, helping people find that fitness is fun, and putting up with me!

My experience at Orange Shoe has been absolutely fantastic. The atmosphere at Orange Shoe is so welcoming and positive that it has been a joy to train there. Andrew and the team are incredibly knowledgeable and experienced trainers that really take the time to get to know you, your fitness goals, and how they can help you achieve them. As someone who played competitive golf for many years and came out with an injured back, I was nervous about starting a weight training program. However, the trainers at Orange Shoe are able to guide me through workouts that are highly effective but also protect my back. On a practical note, I really appreciate that the space is always neat, clean, and organized (unlike most gyms!). If you are looking for a personal trainer or group fitness classes in Madison, Orange Shoe is definitely the place to go!
