The strength and conditioning improvements I've experienced with them has been sensational. Highly recommended. Wade and his associates at Orange Shoe Brookfield have found their calling. Theirs is an in depth knowledge of the mental, nutritional and physical realities of keeping your body in shape. They know how to work through the the up and down cycles and how to break through the unavoidable plateaus. The Orange Shoe exercise vocabulary is extensive so, no Specificity in Training trap. Results: realistic improvements in sports and everyday functionality not just…. looks.

I just would like to say this is the best personal training I have went for boot camp in the milwaukee, waukesha area. I had bought a groupon deal last summer and was the best experience. I recently had a bad experience with a groupon boot camp deal with another milwaukee area gym and just had to come back and praise Orange Shoe. you truly are the best!

This place is fantastic. All of the trainers know exactly what they're doing and are great at helping you set goals and take the steps you need to get there. The reason I've stuck with this gym for as long as I have is because it is impossible to get bored. It's the perfect balance of keeping it interesting and being able to gauge your progress. I've definitely found my gym.

I've been afraid of gyms but knew I needed to start working out. I love Orange Shoe and everyone there. You get a great personalized workout but don't feel intimidated and they're great at figuring out the best program for your individual needs - be it classes or personal sessions. I have been going to Orange shoe for awhile now and feel better than I ever have! I've lost more weight and body fat than I ever thought possible and actually enjoy going to the gym. The classes are actually fun - never thought I would say that! I love their flexibility to help each individual within the classes or in the personal sessions. It helps each person push to their personal limit so a variety of people can do the same class. Having the variety of abilities has helped me push myself harder - if I see someone else do it, I can too! Part of my competitiveness kicks in. They've been supportive every step of the way. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends.
