I can’t say enough about how great these “guyz” are. I attend their boot camp weekly and love it. That hour on Saturday is one of my favorite hours of the week. I’m by no means in great shape, and the trainers, Kristin and Jacquie, do a great job pushing me while also giving me modifications to my level. I always get a great workout and love their energy. One of the owners, Cindy, always attends, and her energy to stay healthy is another great motivator. Definitely checkout a boot camp or contact them for other training options!

Gym Guys has been fantastic for our constantly changing work schedules. They come to us at our home and tailor the workouts to the equipment available. John is great - he's a good person who actually cares about your progress and enjoyment of the workout. He's also very intelligent and teaches you why you're doing something, changes the workout based on what works best, and ensures you have the right technique. Concerned about how much it costs? We were too but I'm telling you that the return you get on motivation, commitment, assistance, knowledge, and more far outweighs it. We were very out of shape and it's helping us turn it around. Highly recommend Gym Guyz and highly recommend John B!

I have never met anyone more encouraging and empowering than the trainers here. I had a rough history with trainers from other places and gyms in the past so I didn't know what to expect going in to this. My first meeting with my trainer - Kristin - was so positive and encouraging that I actually couldn't wait to start working out with her. I am doing routines and exercises that I didn't even think I could do when I was 50 pounds lighter than I am now. I saw results in just a few sessions. Every session is different, so I'm not getting bored and am always finding new ways to work hard. Kristin makes me not only want to work harder when I see her twice a week, but she makes me want to work out and push myself on my own. I have attempted to get fit and lose weight on my own for years and have never gotten far before gaining it all back, but since having started my journey with my trainer I feel like big change is finally going to happen and stick around. I have been motivated in ways that I didn't even think I could be, and the positive attitudes of the people here have made this journey continue to be motivating and exciting.

Gymguyz has been a blessing for my daughter Bridget. Kristen is an amazing trainer. Bridget has a great time working out with Kristen and finds her inspirational. Kristen has a wonderful way of motivating my daughter and keeping her engaged in the workout .Bridget doesn't mind doing the "homework" she is assigned either. The first ten sessions were very beneficial to her so we purchased another ten! I can honestly say she is looking forward to the workouts! I would recommend Gymguyz to anyone looking for personal taring and motivation. The best part is they have all the fun workout equipment on their trucks and know how to use it to meet the needs of every individual.

Take a good, long look in the mirror. It’s the last time you will feel that way or look that way. GymGuyz Milwaukee utilizes their genuine kindness, encouragement, humor, and support to propel me forward. Having a trainer who not only watches & corrects my form, but also joins in for a few reps, motivates me further. They GENUINELY care & will cheer me on. The boot camp workouts are filled with challenging moves, offering modifications, if needed. I love the encouraging people who attend classes! There’s also something wonderful about fresh air & workouts in parks, surrounded by beautiful scenery. I am so happy to have this GymGuyz family alongside me as I move further on my fitness journey. I look forward to looking in the mirror at the new woman I have become.

GymGuyz has been a great experience! The trainers are really knowledgeable and show you how to do exercises using the right form which makes a big difference in what you get out of working out. They are professional and dedicated and gave me the push I was looking for. They are creative and each workout they bring varies so you don't get bored and you get a great workout.
