Friendly staff. Remodeling locker rooms needed but time taken and pool closers areto long. Missing my swim time only thing I can do. Will be great when reopens for good!!!

This location refused to accept the fitnessblue enrollment because their contract was ending a month later and they were too lazy to set up a new account (12/2017). The front desk manager was extremely rude, and he wanted to charge me a full day rate even though they were still under contract to honor the fitnessblue membership.

We love ALL the teachers, Arayah has enjoyed school since day one, we count down to "her turn" to go to school to see you guys. All the activities choices are great, as we warm up, I'm planning to enroll arayah in a few more programs. She did the swimming lessons this year, and loved it. Amanda is phenomenal about how she runs this show. The teachers seem happy, the kids have a wonderful environment to spend the day in while I'm a work, and your pricing is great, especially for the amazing care arayah gets from you guys. The effort does NOT go unnoticed, I see amanda hustling around taking care of business daily, she really, does an amazing job and is worth her weight in gold. Arayahs behavior has immensely improved, she enjoys the structure yet laid back opportunities to feel at home when shes not. 200 stars, you guys fricken ROCK.

I took the LiveStrong class after finishing my cancer treatment. The instructors were marvelous, and made the class enjoyable and fun. I had lost around 90 pounds during treatment and was very weak and had very little energy. By the end of the program I had my energy back, a lot more strength, my balance improved and my dexterity. I would highly recommend this class.

Great place but too many classes that close the lap lanes. It's time for them to seriously consider having a dedicated deep end and a dedicated lap lane setup.

I have been taking classes mostly. I love them! body pump, kettle bell & a little cycling. Love the instructors- fun, knowledgeable & easy to follow. The classes keep me coming back - I really appreciate them!

I love this Y. It gets packed during peak hour classes, but that just makes things more fun. The instructors are amazing and everyone is super friendly. Parents, check out the childwatch options... well worth the money.

If you're looking for quality child care, look no further. The YMCA programs are fantastic for a summer program. They are busy, and learning, and the team building aspects are wonderful. Compared to other day cares, the cost is average, and if you need a scholarship, I hear they are easy to apply for!

Clean, maintained and inviting family friendly atmosphere. Courteous staff to help assist. Newer equipment that you will rarely find out of service or in need of repairs. Tons of classes and activities to fit most preferences. Other gym patrons seem to be respectful.

The YMCA has become our second home. The employees are very friendly and helpful. In addition, the YMCA members are kind. They offer many children’s programs, and the prices are very reasonable. There are a lot of adult group classes to choose from as well. We love Friday Family Nights in Winter.

This review is just about the pool. I am not a member but we took our kids swimming once and I was very disappointed. The price to swim is very reasonable however the pool area is very badly designed. There are only 2 lap lanes but they are only very shallow. The zero depth area is ok for little kids but the water features basically just mist you with cold water making most of it almost unusable. The medium depth area was good for my 5 and 7 year olds but not having a deep area to jump in was a big disappointment for them. The slide looked fun but it was only open for about 15 minutes and the height requirements are higher than what you'll find a Noah's Ark. It's not a fast slide so there is no reason for the high standards. The pool area was clean, the staff was kind and everything looked nice but the design of the pool is awful. I cannot speak to the rest of the facility but the layout of the pool must have been done by someone who has never swam and does not have kids. We will not be going back.

The camp counselors are great! Ben is a wonderful camp director very understanding and great with communication. Lots of activities for my son to be involved in, field trip every week in summer camp is awesome. After school care is also so great and really helps when I can’t pick him up right after school, Jack is great with communication and fitting my son in on extra days if I need. My son has made lots of new friends and has lots of fun at the Y! Wonderful programs and activities for kids!

Rather new to the Faith Family Ozaukee YMCA. I am going to the aquatic exercise class for arthritis. I felt great when I was done with my first session. I also have neuropathy and I felt relief doing the exercises. My wife checked out the weight room and was very impressed with the very new equipment. So I will check out the weight room on the days I don’t have aquatic exercises.

The summer camp program is interactive and incorporates lots of outdoor play, swimming, music, socializing and movement. Counselors are attentive and caring. The weekly phone calls about the upcoming week are a wonderful way to help prepare my family for the week's activities. Pick up and drop off are easy and the camp promotes independence and good values.

An excellent YMCA. Nice facility and it is kept very clean. It has a nice, cheery feel. Very nice staff. If you have some flexibility on what you do when you will always be able to get a good workout in, even in peak hours. They do a lot of community service making their facilities available to folks with special needs, etc. so your membership is doing a lot of good.

Received a tour from Kate H. Have never been there in my 16 years in Ozaukee county. Beautiful and clean facility. Will consider joining with family this winter for something to do. Plenty of programs for the family to take advantage of. Highly recommend taking a tour!
