This place rocks!!! Awesome trainers, awesome gym, awesome offering of class times, awesome workouts, and the best drop in hours of any box (all day, everyday). Have kids? No problem because they also have paid staff to watch children

I've been a member at CrossFit Vultus going on a year now and I have nothing but positive things to say about this box. The coaches are all friendly and very helpful when I have questions or am struggling with a certain lift/workout. The other members are encouraging and there is a real family vibe to the box. The Vultus community is fantastic and I encourage anybody to come in and try it just once. I promise you'll become hooked and amazed at what you can do once you put your body and mind to the test.

At Crossfit Vultus the box is open to members outside of the class times so member can work out on their own to fit their schedule. The WOD prescribed that day requiring some running. The class normally opens the back door for the duration of the WOD. (Same as many members do when they train by themselves.) While doing the WOD I had the back door open and the owner of Prairie athletic club who also owns Crossfit Vultus which is in the same building. Walks in the back door, does not ask me if I had the door open for the WOD, rather she shuts it and lectures like a child “it’s counterproductive to have the door open when it’s hot outside and the air conditioning is running.” Told her I was in the middle of a WOD and will shut it as soon as I’m finished. She continued to shut the door and told me prop it open a little when I need to. This was a timed WOD leaving the door open is exactly what anybody would do as well the class. I’ve been member for two plus years and am quite frankly, not impressed with their customer appreciation.
