This is one of the best gyms I've experienced. Everyone here is very welcoming and supportive. The space itself is always clean and rarely crowded. Machines and equipment are readily available and in top working conditions. Since becoming a member, I've worked with some of the best trainers. They've helped me achieve my fitness goals and they've encouraged me to live a much healthier lifestyle. I actually look forward to my times here!

Nice clean facility, but needs more than one squat/bench cage. And no, the smith machine does not count as an additional cage. Edit: Thanks for the response, I'll update my review after the expansion.

Only come in after 8 pm otherwise the gym gets overtaken by a workout class and the instructor uses a megaphone which is annoying!

Nice equipment and the gym is clean. The problem with this gym is space. This is a small location and does not have a group fitness studio. They still host group fitness and training classes in the middle of the gym during peak times that monopolize the equipment leaving other members a crowded space to workout. The Gym itself is 5 stars, but I give 3 stars because of the space issue.

I really enjoy the staff and the sense of community here. The only negative is this particular location is a smaller gym that then becomes a limitation during even slightly busier hours. However the people make it worth coming to.

Clean and well taken care of gym but it absolutely tiny. Only one squat rack that also serves as a bench rack. If there is more than 2 people in the free weight area it's way too crowded.

I'm a long time gym rat and take my fitness seriously...but not too seriously and this is my "go to" club. I travel extensively which is why I love the AF concept and having been in over 100 AF facilities across the country I can say with confidence that this facility is one of if not the cleanest and features first rate very well maintained equipment. I can get from my car to the equipment in 60 seconds flat and time is valuable. The staff is personable, the trainers are very knowledgeable and the members are a great blend of beginners to intermediate to more serious fitness types. You won't find a better club in the Sussex area.

I love coming to this gym. Right away when you walk in you feel very welcomed. The staff is very friendly and willing to help you at any point. I have been to other Any Time Fitness's and never really felt at home but when I come here I feel like I am part of a family. The facility and the machines are very clean and are well taken care of. There are plenty of machines and you very rarely have to wait to use the equipment. I highly recommend this gym to all of my friends and family.
