By far one of the best crossfit gyms in Wisconsin, Alex the couch is motivational while teaching you proper techniques and setting personal goals. Would highly recommend this gym to anyone looking for results!!

I enjoy every session I attend at A1. All coaches are very knowledgable and are great with making sure everyone can participate in any workout. In addition to Crossfit classes, there is CrossFit gymnastics, olympic lifting, strongman, quickfit, personal training,CrossFit kids, and CrossFit teens. I would recommend A1 CrossFit to anyone, the CrossFit community is amazing!

Below average customer service and business ethics specifically by the owner. My experience with A1 Crossfit after parting ways with them has been below sub par. I have been treated with disrespect and told I wasn't a priority. I'm leaving a review to warm others to watch their bank accounts. A1 withdrew $100 from my personal bank account after not having been there in 2 months and has done nothing to correct the situation. In a situation like this, leaving no stars would be appropriate, but unfortunately not an option.
