It is a quick 30 minutes exercise that is well rounded and changes everyday. It is fun and does not get boring or repetitive. It includes both resistance and cardio all in one. You do not have to enter the gym and think about what to do because they tell you what to do. You do not need headphones and a music playlist because the music is always on loud and upbeat music. You can go whenever you want and jump right in with no class times.

My husband joined this gym and with his hectic work schedule he needed to cancel his membership. He did as instructed and we continued to get billed for three months. He called corporate hoping to get this taken care of and was told that the location had to. He attempted to call on several occasions and received an phone error message (magic jack error). Since my husband is so busy with work currently, I reached out to the owner(Jerry). He acted as if I was lying about the process that my husband was told to cancel his account. He told me that he needed to think about refunding the money. Needless to say, we never received a phone call back. This just goes to show that the customer service is poor. Management made a terrible business decision. I will be sure to tell everyone our experience.

Great workout! The best money I have ever spent on a gym. You are done in 30 minutes. Workouts start anytime. You don't have to plan out the workout yourself. The trainers get you going and keep you motivated. They help modify moves as needed. Anyone can do this. I was a beginner at first and I can definitely see and feel how much I've improved. I highly recommend this place!

I love not having to worry about making it to a class! I can be there and start when I want to! Having a trainer there to push me and the fact that it's only 30 minutes of hard work are also big factors as to why I keep coming back! I have a background in martial arts and it has been really nice getting back into some of that while getting a great workout!

DO NOT JOIN THIS GYM. They will have you sign a contract that auto charges you. I explained to the owner Trina that I was in town for business for the month and was assured I would only be charged for the month. Lie 1. I then spoke with Trina again near the end of the month to make sure I would not be charged again and Trina said it was taken care of. Lie 2. I was charged again and am now trying to cancel this membership. DO NOT JOIN THIS GYM!!!
