Awesome place ! Trainers are more than helpful and they get to know what you can and cannot do... If you ever wanted to join a high intensity gym and were unsure how you'd fit in, this is the place to at least try... And the best part is that try is free!

Going to 9 Round in Menomonee Falls has been a life changing experience! Staff are all fantastic and extremely helpful. I lost 22 pounds in six weeks and feel great. I used to get easily winded, would wake up with back pain in the middle of the night, and get the shakes during the day (snacks would take care of those). All of those symptoms are history after going to 9 Round and changing my eating habits along with exercising. Special shout out to Eric! He was awesome to work with!

I just participated in a 5 week kick boxing challenge at the 9Round in Menomonee Falls. When I started the challenge I weighed 261.4. When I finished my 5 week journey I lost a total of 21.6 lbs. The workouts and the meal plan 9Round provided me were challenging but they work if your work the plan. Returned to 9 rounds after a 4 month sabbatical ... missed it so much - LOVE the convenience of in-and-out schedule, head on 30 minute workout and drenched when you finish! LOVE the push the instructors give you to keep going when you want to give up. Love this place!

Love, Love, Love this place! The trainers there (Shout out to Rebecca, Kylie, and Kylie!) are fun to work out with and I really enjoy going there. This is coming from a person who really does NOT like to work out! I always leave there de-stressed after a long day at work and A LOT happier I might add. Phil, the owner, is part of the crew too and really makes you feel welcome when you stop in. He motivates me to work a little harder each time he's there-without a doubt. I am so happy I ventured a little out of my comfort zone to try this place! :)
