My only complaint is that I and my family don't have more time to go! The owners and staff make you feel at home, and my family and I always have an excellent time. I personally have been afraid to join a gym or make it a part of my routine out of fear of judgement or otherwise being self-conscious, but that never happens here. Every visit has been nothing short of an excellent, fun and rewarding experience.

This place is fantastic! I always feel sore and yet want to go back for more. The owners are so nice. We are lucky to have such a personal fitness place in Mukwonago. If you haven’t tried it, you need to! This place will help you reach your fitness goals!
