True to it’s name, you’ll have a tough and gritty (read: awesome) workout at Raw Grit CrossFit. I dropped in for 2 classes and left happy, and tired. Coaches Ryon and Kristin were welcoming and offered helpful tips on mechanics and form to get the most out of each workout. The members were all friendly and fun to workout with. I’ll definitely be dropping in again when in WV!

Rawgrit Crossfit is absolutely terrific. I struggled to find a place to work out that I was comfortable and that would modify the exercises to my specific needs. I started out being a part of their 6 week challenge. I am 50 years old and have always struggled when trying to work on my physical fitness and ultimately giving up before reaching any sort of a goal. I am proud to say that I made it through the 6 week challenge without missing a class and have continued my membership since. This is the most welcoming gym that I have ever been a part of. You are always encouraged and supported by the staff and the other members. An absolute excellent experience and I always look forward to returning.
