Tonight (Dec 26,2016) was my first time at this establishment. I was told by a friend about a class she thought I'd like. I checked their website for times. I noticed the calender was dated fire summer/fall, so I checked their Facebook page. After scrolling through posts (because there's no calender that I saw), I saw that the times were different. I messaged the gym asking specific times for this class. They responded quickly. Great! Knowing that Christmas might be observed today, I called the gym and asked if they were still having this class. They said yes. I get there, and AFTER I pay I'm told the class is going to be few minutes late. Ok, fine. A few minutes turned into half an hour, almost 40 minutes by the time the news got out of there. Now, everyone is rushed. It's my first class, and the instructor doesn't even give me instructions on how to use equipment or what I should expect. She's flying through the class at high speed, and I couldn't even get in all of the moves she's rapid firing out. The saving grace is that it was a good workout, and I'm sure I'll be sore in the morning, but I'm not sure if it'll be from a good workout or improper form, as I pretty much just had to wing it.

This place is very small and crowded, like a maze inside. Only one person working the entire place. I did not notice one person cleaning anything. Bathrooms were filthy. Some equipment was old, rusty and dirty. Very few classes available, no print out or website information available to let you know when classes are. Tried to call and it took 3 tries until someone finally answered and they did not know when classes were. Admission is cheap but you get what you pay for!
