There is plenty to do here. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. The locker room, showers, pool area, etc. are kept clean. Lots of different group classes. I mainly walk on the track and play racquetball. It's a great place to make friends, too.

Have had a membership for around 3 years. Seems big enough to find you a good area to focus on a workout. It has a very active community to bring new types of workouts to the center. My family enjoys the pool when we go together.

I belonged there 2 years ago. This is a very very nice facility, great staff, & the facility is clean & well kept. Had we not moved I still would belong to it. Cannot say enough good about it. Membership is very reasonable also!

Princeton Health and Fitness Center is a great place to get fit. I use the ActivTrax app. It shows me what machines to use and how to do the excercises.

Silver Sneakers 11:15 a.m. M, W, & F class had 45 people in it Monday. Too many people using handweights, bands, and balls that appear not to have been cleaned in some time. Music was excellent. Requested tour of facility after class. Variety of exercise venues and equipment. Schedules provided. Silver Sneakers membership card laminated. Upon exiting, returned to notify front desk worker that water draining from portico had created puddle that had frozen and created a safety hazard to people entering facility. Did not return this week because of extreme cold and sore throat possibly obtained from crowded exercise room and unclean equipment. Recommendations for improvement * Offer two Silver Sneakers sessions in the morning. Fewer people per session = fewer germs and more room to move. * Provide wipes to sanitize equipment after use. * Examine equipment for excessive wear. Replace and add equipment as needed. Solicit and compensate instructor input for purchases. * Offer two monthly Silver Sneakers orientations for new members/attendees. Everyone receives the same information from PHFC staff, rather than hearsay from other members.

My kids 10 and 4 have gone swimming here twice in the last 3 weeks. The first time my daughter got sick, vomiting and strep. She got better and my mother in law took them again. Now both are sick, runny nose, cough, fever, diarrhea. I think maybe the pool needs to be cleaned and treated more. We won't go swimming here again.

Great after school program for the kids. I really appreciate all of the employees who work with the kids and pick them up from school daily, and keep in regular contact with the parents. Not an easy job, but they are fantastic. I am grateful for the services they provide. Thank you!
