This place is ridiculous!!!DO NOT SIGN UP!!! I called the office to cancel my month to month membership and 2 months later, I was STILL being charged. When I got through to the office clerks on the phone, they were EXTREMELY rude and completely unwilling to help resolve the situation. And now I am receiving several collection notices from outside company! DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY BUSINESS, NO MATTER WHAT YOU DO (a quick Google search on reviews will yield countless customer reviews with similar results who had a nightmare dealing with this awful company). I've never encountered service with a company this bad before, and that says a lot. Just say no.

I was visiting from India and when I learnt about the Women’s Club in Chantilly, Va. I was so excited to know that there was a women’s only club in the area. When I visited the club I was greeted by a pleasant front desk person and then given a warm welcome by the wellness coach(Debbie). I tried their Spa massages and facial’s and wow!!! Saima gave me such a great experience and Christie made me feel so relaxed. I Love the positive atmosphere, friendly staff, and clean look of the place! Yes ladies not to say much, but The Women’s Club is the place to go in order to achieve your fitness goals and be in your own special heaven.... MUMTAZ…

Love this place!! I've been going to the Women's Club for a few years now and have used almost every service they office - childcare, spa, spin classes, and machines. The staff is always so friendly and helpful, they just completed a full remodel of the space so it's very clean and modern. The childcare room is really impressive, and the staff is very caring and good with the kids.

We were called to the Women's fitness club to repair their dryer and I must say this place had absolutely no sense cleanliness right next to where they were washing the towels. They were putting the clean towels right next to piles of dirt and spider webs. It was absolutely a horrible sight. I felt the need to put the review down as a company because it is not safe for the customers to be using towels from such dirt and filth and they should be reported to the health services immediately! Stay away from this place if you care about your own health and cleanliness. The whole time we were there, the owner was so rude as well when we pointed out the dirty mess in their laundry room.

As a member over the last few months I must say Wow what a beautiful gym …so impressed by the ambiance and décor. I have had the best massages, facials, and personal training so far… and such friendly customer service! Due to my religion, I prefer to only work out at a women’s only gym and they really go out of their way to keep it that way…definitely will recommend my friends group to go with me!

Love my gym! Great place to get in a solo workout or take one of the classes. The spin class taught by Angie is fun and I love how she incorporates music requests. I also enjoy the body shaping class with Caroline and HIIT classes with Hajer. These teachers know what they are doing as I am pushed to the limit EVERY time. I have quite a few kids as well and my kids LOVE coming to the KidZone. The women there are great with my 1 year old and engage my 2 and older children. If I have certain rules with the kids, they are sensitive to my requests. My kids love all the women that work there. All around a great place to get a great workout and I already feel a difference in how I look and feel. Well worth the investment in my opinion.

I have always felt extremely uncomfortable at a gym, until I found the Women’s Club. The staff is friendly and greets members by name. I discovered the difference a good trainer can make. With the same amount of time and effort, I have much better results. Jennifer Rogers keeps things interesting by varying the workouts. She evaluates my ability at each session and tailors the next one to meet my needs. Jennifer keeps me challenged without crossing the line to frustration. After one facial with Saima, I joined the spa program so I can have monthly facials. She does what is needed to keep my skin looking good and manages to include some pampering every time.

I went to this gym for ~2 years and I was sad to leave it because it is a great gym. I will start off by saying that the facilities are great; I love the cleanliness of the bathroom, locker room, and dry sauna. You have unlimited towels to use, the facilities aren't too crowded, and there is a variety of machines to keep your workout interesting. (* 2 Stars) The reason I left this gym (as well as my other friends) was because the employees who work there are not friendly. On several occasions I had been asked to move because one of the trainers needed to use the area I was stretching in (even though it's supposed to be equal room for everyone). I was also screamed at by the manager for answering my phone call on the treadmill when there was no one else in the gym at the time (even though other older women have used their phones freely while I exercised next to them). The problem is that they are unwelcoming to the younger generation; if you're above 40 then this is a great place to workout and they offer lots of included classes you could really benefit from. I would recommend staying away if you're under 30. I couldn't justify paying every month for a nice gym and then being mistreated by the employees (there are a few good employees though).

DON"T DO IT! Even if you have a surgery during the year of your subscription, they will not let you cancel it. There are plenty of other gyms that don't make you sign contracts these days, like Planet Fitness where you can go month to month, These guys even do automatic renewal after the year and if you catch it they still require 30 days notice. NOT WORTH THE HASSLE LADIES just to have a ladies only gym. BUYERS BEWARE!!

Do NOT! They obligate you to be a member even if u didn't like it! And that is basically illegal to do! At the end of the day it's. Gym nothing more.. U can not force someone to keep paying while they don't want to keep a membership! + they are way over priced compared to other gyms! Lifetime is a much highly classified gym and cost much less! Take care of what u sign with these people it's illegal!!!!!!!

I love this gym. The staff is always really kind and supportive, and the classes are great. I started with the groupon and switched to the full membership because I loved the experience so much. Also, it's very reasonably priced compared with other gyms in the area (~67/mo). A great price for getting a comfortable workout experience where you're not getting constantly stared and leered at.

This is one of the best women gyms I've been to. They have a spa in their gym too, which makes it even a better place. All the staff are extremely friendly too. The environment is comforting and welcoming.

Loved it! Went for a 1-hour massage which was absolutely amazing. Thanks, Hong! The club itself has a beautiful layout, open concept, cool workout equipment, and a welcoming kid's area where you can leave your kid under supervision while you workout or get a spa treatment. Found that to be one of the best features! The staff is friendly and always smiling. Keep up the good work :)

I liked the club very much for its cleanliness ,variety of machines and equipment and all the services in the dressing and rest rooms.The trainers and couches of aerobic classes are wonderful,also the receptionists are always welcoming and ready to help or answer any question. Unfortunately, I could not keep on it in the aftermath of sprain and fracture my left ankle.The good thing ,once I emailed the accounting department specifically Mrs.phibbs ,asking for cancellation ,they replied the very next day to wishing me smooth recovery and had my cancellation immediately active. The only compliant I would like to shed a light on is, once I requested to freeze my work out for a certain period but the policy was shocking as they continued to charge me for another month until they freeze my account.All in all,I would recommend this place to any woman seeking a descent and luxury club to have an excellent work out.

This is an exceptional gym, for Women only, which makes it so very comfortable to work out in. The staff is incredibly nice. I worked with the trainer/nutritionist, Lucky Bennett, and she is outstanding. Very in tune with the clients needs and proper form for working with the weights and circuit. I've attended the group exercise classes (included with membership) and love them all. I've taken advantage of the spa services, in particular facials by the estitician, Saima, who is simply lovely and so good at her craft.
