Great place! You can do just about anything you can imagine here in the gym. There is something for everyone and if you are looking to try something different they have it. You can do your own thing or set up something with the training staff there. As a member 24 hour access is great for your schedule. Worth a visit to see if it’s what you like. You won’t be disappointed.

This is by far the best facility, ownership team, atmosphere, and group of members I’ve ever been a part of. I've been working out here for a couple weeks. The gym is simply fantastic. Staff is knowledgeable and the equipment is broad and useful without a bunch of fluff. I have worked out in gyms all over the country and this is definitely one of my favorites. If you are looking for a place to workout, body build, or train for strongman competition, this gym has what your looking for.

No BS gym you can do crossfit, Olympic lifting, and bodybuilding without paying for the crossfit name. Good Rogue equipment and plenty of machines. Great atmosphere and open 24/7. Been a member since they first opened and plan to stay for a long while.

Best gym around by far. I joined about a month or two after they opened. Great owners, staff, and group of members. I am moving away from the area and this gym is about the only thing I will really miss. If you want a gym where the goal is to get stronger and not just spend your time looking in the mirror and impressing those around you, this is the place for you.
