Best gym ever! inlet is a friendly place to meet your fitness goals. They have every piece of equipment you'll ever need and a wide range of classes taught by skilled instructors. Spin, cross training, barre, Pilates, yoga, Zumba, weight training, and lots of other classes all under one roof. I'm a big fan of the spin classes which are taught several times each day as well as Chisel, a full- body workout (check out Colin and Norm's class). I always get a great workout and HAVE FUN!

Inlet Fitness has been my home away from home. As someone new to gym workouts, I quickly felt right at ease in their group fitness classes. The instructors are wonderful at explaining proper form and providing modifications for more advanced exercises. I found that the instructors and fellow class members are very welcoming and full of encouragement. There is no "gym intimidation" here - class sizes, class types, experience levels, and ages all vary - so it's easy to feel like you belong.

I absolutely love my gym. They have everything I need, all the equipment for a great workout , knowledgeable staff that will answer any of my questions, and even put my hair up after shoulder surgery. I love that I'm not just another face to them, I'm a member of the Inlet family and there's no place I'd rather be.

It's a great honor to provide a review and testimonial of one the best if not the best gym that I've had the opportunity to train in. I've been working out since I was 2 years old when my parents started me in the YMCA. I can say without hesitation Inlet Fitness gym either North or South has an excellent culture, great programs and clean good equipment. I highly recommend Inlet Fitness to anybody who is a beginner or advanced fitness person.

This gym is the best in Virginia Beach. So many class choices for all levels and schedules. They know their members personally and treat us like family. For example, there is a large group of us that can only make 5:30 a.m. classes during the week due to work schedules. After a recent member survey, they added two more really challenging 5:30 a.m. classes to accommodate us. How awesome is that? Only your family would do that for you. Look no further, friends. This is your gym.

Inlet Fitness is by far the cleanest gym I have ever used. The staff is always welcoming and super personable. The staff will make their effort to get to know you, and encourage members' goals. The equipment and classes are constantly evolving to cater to today's fitness trends. Inlet has so much variety to offer whether you like to do your own workout or participate in classes or training. Conveniently located on the inlet, this gym is OUTSIDE and INSIDE with a view no other gym can compare.

I went for a trial today and the front desk receptionist, a young woman with long brown hair, was seriously rude. I told her that I came for a trial and she gives me a nasty look and asks me if I reside in Virginia. Then, she just points to all the equipment rather than giving a full tour because she's lazy. She doesn't even greet the clients hello/goodbye. Gym is VERY SMALL and all equipment are really rusty and old. Shower facilities aren't really clean and the lockers have dust/dirt in them.
