I love Inlet! The instructors are motivating, passionate, and personable. There's a wide variety of group fitness classes offered every day of the week, including awesome spin classes, and all of the equipment is well-maintained. It's the best gym in Virginia Beach!

The greatest gym in the area. I love the staff. Every single person that works there is so kind and friendly. You’re always greeted with a smiling face. I love the classes (which are included in your membership!). Megan, Rod, and Carolanne will kick your butt. I love the childcare. Scotia & her girls are amazing and trustworthy. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I strongly recommend Inlet fitness!! Worth every penny!

Have been a member since day one, best gym I have ever attended and that goes back to 1975. Great owners, staff, and fellow members. More importantly they maintain it by updating the equipment as needed, fresh paint as needed and new carpet as needed. They just replaced all Spin bikes and carpeting in the Spin room. Tell the owners or managers about a piece of equipment not working properly and I guarantee the repair will start immediately!

I love Inlet Fitness! I started going here about a year ago for spin class being so close to my home. Since then I've tried a number of other classes they offer and I couldn't be happier with the instructors and facility. They accommodate all levels in each of the classes and not just fit the common mold, which I've experienced in the past too often at other gyms. It's been encouraging me to try new things and better myself, which keeps me coming back. I've recommended Inlet to my friends and family and most of them have since joined as well making the experience even more enjoyable with workout partners!

I have been going to Inlet South for almost 5 years, i love the friendly environment! I enjoy taking classes they keep me motivated. The childcare at Inlet is the best in town, my kids love to go to the gym. They get their social time while i workout! This gym has been a life saver for me as well as many other moms!

Love Inlet Fitness South! Each morning I am greeted with friendly and personable staff. The trainers are very knowledgeable and the classes are great! They have tons of classes available for all fitness levels and many class times to choose from! I have tried other gyms and fitness centers and none compare to Inlet.

I have been going here for years. The staff is very nice and make an effort to learn who you are. There prices are just right for what they offer. Unlimited classes of all kinds, spin, barre, toning, muscle building, they're fantastic. Childcare cost is a little high. It used to be $15 for the first and than 5$ for each additional kiddo, now its $15 per kiddo which is still ok considering its for any day three hours a day. But if you have three kids or more (and the ones who really need it) you're paying your gym membership again. They have great equipment great staff and its a great gym.
