Great instructors for spinning and yoga classes. An upbeat gym with people working out & enjoying getting and staying healthy. Been a member for 3 years and very easy to work out any time of the day or night.

I love the warm and inviting atmosphere as well as the spirited owners and trainers who make me feel very comfortable. They motivate me to keep going, especially at times when it would be easy to just skip a day or a week. More importantly, I feel so much healthier than I did last year when I was worried about diabetes, which runs heavily in my family. Fitness 24-7 helps me stay healthy and that is key!

Good group classes scheduled some mornings some evenings, open 24/7 so convenient to drop in to use equipment. Great staff and trainers, friendly and willing to help, small so it's not overwhelming and don't need to compete for equipment.

I have been a part of this gym, for several years! The owners, Tom and Beth, as well as the trainers and physical therapists all treat you like family. You're welcomed by first name, and you have a 24 hour gym that is kept exceptionally clean and safely run. All classes are also included in your monthly membership! If you are looking for a massage therapist, they even have one on staff! One on one personal training, and small group personal training is all available, if you're looking for a more intense approach. I have never felt more comfortable in a gym. It's because of the comfort, welcoming staff, and other wonderful clientele, that I have been able to focus on fitness, without the worries of massive gyms where you're just one of 100 people in a class, or wondering how to use equipment with no one around to help. I honestly cannot say enough wonderful things about my gym! Stop by and meet the owners, the trainers, and get a feel for the atmosphere, you'll love it!!!

Fitness 24/7 is always accessible and everyone is friendly and welcoming. The staff is helpful, and they truly care about helping you meet your goals and pushing you to be your best!

I love Fitness 24-7 and consider it my second home. Been here for years and can't imagine working at a nicer and cleaner facility. My favorite part about this gym: the amazing members! Laid back atmosphere so don't feel intimidated to come take a tour or try out a group class! Everyone is welcome!

This rating is for the masseuse ONLY. Maggie was fantastic. She took the time to ask about my history and paid special attention to problem areas. There is nothing better than a therapeutic, deep tissue massage - she nailed it on the head.

I have been a member of Fitness 24-7 since they opened and I love it. They are convenient, have excellent workout options and you can't beat the hours of operation. It's also a very friendly atmosphere - everyone knows everyone. You always feel welcome when you walk in the door. I've worked out at other gyms, but 24-7 is by far the best.

I've been in and out of many gyms and what sets this one apart is community. People here actually engage with one another (while also being mindful of people's space and privacy). It makes working out much more fun--especially the classes! The cycling and bootcamp classes are led by instructors who truly care about the members and take the time to get to know you.
