This gym is fantastic. I dropped in for a couple classes. They were incredibly friendly and welcoming. I got some great workouts while on vacation. Excellent experience!

Stopped by during a recent competition they were having. Love that the gym was dog friendly and the people there were great. Sure wish they were a bit closer but if they were I’d join today!

After years of competing I left sports and went to the civilIan world....no longer an athlete after college. Coached for a few years but not the same. Now I am in a grind that drives me,pushes me, and gives me that hunger I had as an athlete. I am once again training everyday to get everything out of my food intake and sleep so I can perform to the best of my ability. Even with people way ahead of me endurance and strength wise, EVERYONE is behind me and motivation is HOOAH/HOORAH/HOOYAH with success,drive,gains, and progression being the ultimate goal. After only 2 weeks of fundamentals class and a week with only 2 days wod( NG Drill) I feel healthier and stronger between adopting a clean way of eating (still adapting) and getting that work. DO IT!!!

Awesome box! I was in town for vacation for a week and got in some great workouts. Very welcoming and organized group of folks. I travel quite a bit and appreciate boxes that are well run; this is definitely one of them! They have a well thought-out format and a lot of variety in classes. If I lived in VA Beach this would be my box!

Great box!! Was in VA Beach for 4 weeks of training, Owner set me up with a great deal for the 4 weeks. Coaches and other members welcomed me as only CrossFit'ers do. Programming was harder than I was use to, but coaches scaled the workouts around my limitations while the workouts challenging and fun. Will definitely drop in again when in VA Beach. Highly recommend! Keep doing what you are doing Jeff!

Very large box, has a little bit of everything in it. Stopped in a couple months ago while on vacation to Va Beach and loved it. Just moved up here and got a membership. The WODs are different from what I am used to, however still challenging and leaving you feel drained at the end, which I think is the best thing about crossfit. Jeff, the owner, is a great guy and willing to work with you and your needs. Jeff also knows what he's talking about which is refreshing. Crossfit is intimating at first and has a slight learning curve, but if you give it a month you'll start seeing results! The café crew offers a little bit of everything, from regular crossfit WODs, to HIIT, to women's only classes and classes for kids. Highly recommend you give Jeff and Crossfit Cafe a shot! Also, the name is misleading, there is no food here. So when offered "dessert" be careful with your response!
