I absolutely love this box! The coaches are awesome and truly care about your wellbeing and getting you into the best shape you can be in. I did the challenge and it changed my views on working out and eating right, and Ive finally found a workout I love to do. Im excited to come there whenever I can, and everyone builds eachother up and really pushes you to do more every day. Dont be intimidated, I was, but I dont think Ill ever go back to a regular gym again! Lost 15 pounds in 6 weeks and Im still losing, anyone can do it!

This gym has beginners to competitors and everyone in between. You will find your place no matter your experience level. The coaches are top notch and are knowledgeable in many aspects besides just CrossFit. Come check us out and find your place in our family!

I just finished their 6 week challenge. I worked harder than I thought I could, only because of the unwavering support from each of the coaches. Just when you think you cant go any further, or push any harder, a coach would show up at your side and give you a boost of confidence and support to help you draw from inside and finish it!!! I love this place and am recommending to all my friends. Thank you Nicole, Kristin and Dawn you are the best!

This is an awesome gym that I've decided to join after completing a well designed 6wk Challenge. This is my second attempt at joining a gym. The 1st attempt I didn't feel I belonged. Crossfit unparalled's structure and great coaches make the gym a place you want to belong to. I would recommend this gym to anyone looking to take on crossfit or fit.

I was trying out crossfit for the first time and from the moment I walked in the gym, I felt so welcomed. The coaches and owners truly care about your well being and fitness progress. They explain and break down all the movements for maximum understanding AND safety. Everything can be modified and scaled so you never have to feel intimidated. All fitness levels and ages are welcome! I love the friendly competition and encouraging atmosphere. Never have I ever felt more like part of a family at a gym before. Everyone, including the other members, are so supportive and motivating. Coming to class here is honestly my favorite part of my day and I look forward to coming back each and every time.

Been to a couple of boxes around the VB area and this is by far the best gym I've been to. The coaching staff is amazing and friendly with a solid group of people to motivate you. There's plenty of space in the facility too and they offer other class besides crossfit (F.I.T., yoga). I highly recommend everyone to check this gym out.

I was hesitant to pay for a "real" gym when the rec center was so inexpensive, but the coaching and workouts are incredible. I have no regrets in buying an unlimited class pass. Definitely recommend CFU to anyone who is interested in a challenging workout. I love it here.

I like this place! I went here for a few months before I had to move and I really felt challenged. They have a workout for anyone at any pace and I really appreciated that. I've always been more into cardio and making the transition into weights was easy here. They are very professional!

I signed up for an annual contract. After nine months, I opted out. I’m in graduate school and simply wasn’t able to muster the time to utilize the gym. Granted, they had every legal right to charge me $400 NOT to use their gym ($150 for a 30 day notice plus a $250 cancellation fee). However, in my opinion, there is something quite offputting about this (keep in mind that my fiancé and I have collectively spent ~$3,000 at Brixx over the past year). Ultimately, it was my fault for signing a year-long contract with Brixx. However, it is also true that gym owners waive contracts all the time when life and financial circumstances change. If you choose to sign on with Brixx, don’t expect the level of accommodation from their ownership that you may be accustomed to from other gyms.

This is my favorite home away from home gym! The coaches are fantastic, the programming is perfect, and the members are awesome. Whether I'm there for a crossfit WOD or FIT class, I know I will always get an awesome workout when I'm VA Beach.

I went out on a limb at the end of the summer and joined Crossfit Unparalleled for their Best Self Challenge as a birthday gift to myself. BEST. GIFT. EVER!!!!! The challenge ended in October and I haven't missed a week yet! This place is amazing and Dawn is the heart of it!!! The coaches are amazing and very supportive, especially for those just starting out. I have now been doing crossfit for 5 months and I've never been happier about where I'm at with my health and fitness. I would NOT be here without Dawn, Kristin, Nicole and the rest of the CFU coaches and family. If I could give a 100 star review, I would!! ❤️
