I discovered The Forge on Instagram through a mutual acquaintance. After getting to know them a bit, I approached owner Kyle Smith about diet and nutrition advice > Best choice of 2017 for me so far. He's very knowledgeable and what he can't answer instantly he finds out for you swiftly. He's been very encouraging and offers alternatives that you might now think of on your own. He's also willing to text about issues that might now have been addressed during your session or to answer questions. You don't get the feeling it's just about money for him- you get the feeling that he knows what you're going through first hand and that he genuinely want to see you achieve your goals. They have a well designed Facebook page as well as an app that is extremely handy to use to schedule time with Kyle. There are many membership options to fit any type of schedule or budget. So far I have had no negative issues nor do I expect there to be any. Can't recommend the Forge highly enough!

An absolutely fantastic gym with excellent facilities and equipment. The owners are friendly and accommodating, there is an adorable resident dog, and it has 24/7 access.

What a wonderful edition to the Waterbury Stowe area. A brand new gym equipped with the latest equipment. Separate weight room , cardio room and a core and ab room. They offer 24 hour service to accommodate all schedules. Personal training is also offered. Stop in and check it out, you will not be disappointed

I stopped in to use this gym on a brief trip over the holidays. It's clean, easy to access, and the owner is super friendly. The equipment is up to date and there's working Wi-Fi. Loved it!

I had an amazing experience at The Forge Gym. I was in Vermont for a short weekend and wanted to find a gym that was close and actually open. The owners were really friendly and told me about the area. They recommended a lot of things to do and made my first trip to Vermont a lot better than anticipated. As for the gym itself, it has everything you need: dumbbells, squat rack, bench press, cables, smith machine, leg press, and much more I will definitely be coming back to The Forge Gym.
