Awesome gym with an old school but updated feel to it. Lots of equipment and a decent amount of space. If you are looking for a more serious gym or something a little more hardcore then this is your place in the Burlington area.

Went in to look at the gym and I guess it was the daughter of the owner didn't seem too interested in helping me out or showing me around. When I emailed the owner a number of times about training, I never heard back. Didn't really have a welcoming feeling. Not for me.

Been there since the opening; super friendly and knowledgeable owners, that listen to there members. The floor is very open, and never feels over crowded even during busy hours. Everyone there wants to achieve their best, as well as watch others grow. Plus after your workout they have awesome recovery shakes. If you haven't checked LiftVT out, and you are the type that likes to push your limits, it's only your gains that lose! I recommend this facility to everyone!

I was going to Synergy before this (also a great/clean gym), however I wanted to go a little earlier in the morning because 2-3 days a week I start work at 7:30AM. Really didn't want to go to Planet Fitness/SNAP so you can imagine my excitement when I found out about LiftVT. Not only did it meet my needs, this gym has all the equipment you could want. And more! Highly recommended.

It is hard to find a gym that has a serious mentality and friendly atmosphere, but Lift in Williston VT is definitely one of those places!! You can do your own thing or seek the advice of the highly trained staff that are always present. Plenty of equipment and space to do what your heart desires!

Lift is the gym to go to when you're ready to get serious about your routines. They offer boot camp classes, a wide variety of machines, more squat racks than you can imagine, multiple free weight areas, CrossFit necessities, tractor tires, great music always blasting, and the best thing is there is no such thing as the dreaded "lunk alarm" as you're free to work out in whatever way suits you. You'll be lifting with the best of the best, but all are made to feel welcome.

Great gym, shady business. Lady was hesitant to accept cash monthly payments, claiming she dislikes having to "hunt people down," and encouraged me to pay with credit card. I specifically asked about hidden fees such as sign up fees to which she replied confidently and disdainfully, "We don't do that kind of thing." When I cancelled my monthly membership 5 months later, I'm told I need to give 30 days advanced notice and was charged for a month when I was not even in the state. Excellent equipment. Bathrooms face the entrance so there is sometimes toilet smell in the lobby area.

I have been a member at Lift for about a year. I really enjoy it. Members here are dead serious about fitness. I really like that it is the anti-planet fitness.

Very poor communication. I understand that a business can get busy, but blowing off potential new clients/customers is not a way to operate. While the facility might be nice who cares if the people aren’t even the slightest bit considerate.

Best place to workout , have fun , be motivated . Most of the people in there are training for shows and competition so it is truly motivating to want to push yourself every time your there . No excuses just Lift VT .
