My son's best friend works at this place. They have special needs n we r thankful that this place gave him a opportunity to work n obtain experience. But at the same time he shouldn't have been ridiculed. Yesterday he came home from work sad. I asked him how was work? His response was "not good" n the look on his face saddened me. He didn't want to say what exactly happened. The manager shouldn't have let anyone not even customer's make fun of anyone who has special needs. We r all God's children. So now we will have to find him another place of employment for him. I will never go or recommend this place again.

I recently attended a company outing at Topgolf. I used to play golf regularly but it has been at least 10 years since I've played. I had not heard of Topgolf before we went and was expecting a traditional driving range. I was surprised at the size and comfort of the facility (two levels, covered and heated with couches and a table at each tee). I was also suprised to learn that it is designed to be a game which can be enjoyed by regulars and novices alike. The team and round-robin style play are much like a bowling match. It was comfortable, fun, and everyone who attended enjoyed it and had a good time, regardless of their level of experience. While we were there, I watched other groups playing and saw everything from clear aficionados to families and even groups of teenagers playing and having fun. It is clearly something that can be enjoyed by everyone. The food and drinks were good as well, with a nice variety of light food, sandwiches and appetizers. There was also a very nice looking putt-putt golf course there, but we did not play that course, so I cannot give any feedback. The parking lot was very large with ample, free parking and the facility was easily handicap accessible. I would definitely recommend trying it at least once, especially if you are looking for a fun, group outing. I would also recommend not worrying about whether you play a lot or not. It was fun for everyone in our group, regardless of their skill level.

I was wayyyyy off at hitting the ball. But I really enjoyed myself. Food and drinks were great. Only thing, it was hot that day. The ice in our drinks melted quick, watering them down. Guess they have no control over that.

Usually amazing and fun...not today...weather had affected score keeping for which we recieved 1/2 off discount....which was offered up front....but....the waiter was sleep walking ....and thus disappointing, and don't try the chicken and waffles...IF you are a connoisseur....its fast food type of disappointing. The Bloody Mary was good though. I ordinarily recommend this place and will return again....just today wasn't all of that. Circumstances...I know.

Do NOT RESERVE a driving lane on the TOP GOLF APP it will charge you 50 bucks (And you would THINK that its to pay for a game at a reserved time) but it charges you 50 to Reserve a Spot Only....once you get to your lane it charges you ANOTHER 45 dollars to play a Game....95 dollars total to play at the driving range when it should have ONLY been 45....the batting cage is pretty cool though im just really salty about the sneaky 50 dollar charge

Went for a work activity. Was a lot of fun and the staff was amazing. Our green had technical difficulty and kept spitting out golf balls...which took some time to resolve. So besides that everything was excellent.

I went with a party of 5 for a friend's birthday party about 7pm on a Friday and were able to get a bay on the top floor. Even in the rain and cold it was a blast. There are warmers above each bay that make it tolerable in 40 degree weather. The first bay we went to wouldn't dispense the golf balls so they moved us down to LP's section and eve gave us some extra time. With this being my first visit, I really had a great time. The service was exceptional, the food was delicious and the ambiance was great. There was a DJ that was playing 90's themed music and you could even submit a song request. Our server LP was absolutely the best, very attentive and even showed us how to swing the club, which actually helped me alot. I signed up to be a member for $5 which is not required but I did it because I plan on returning.

The worst customer service ever! We order Cobb salads. There was no avocado in it. We asked the server about the missing avocado. She told us that the avocado is extra. So we looked on the menu again and it says that Cobb salad comes with avocado. Also one of our salad never arrived. So everyone ate their salad and I was still waiting for my salad. After 15 minutes they brought the salad but with the wrong dressing. We asked to talk to the manager and he took my salad and he said that he is going to bring the salad with the right dressing. He also apologized for the missing avocado. Anyway it took another 15 minutes for him to come back with my salad however he brought a salad with Bacon in it where I specifically requested no bacon to begin with since I’m vegetarian. Haha This place is a joke! Hector couldn’t even help! You guys need to think of changing your management I guess. Since even the manager doesn’t know what to do that’s really wrong! So disappointing! This place charges so much money for everything and they can’t even provide the service you pay for. We really love their concept and we had family in town and we wanted to just go there and enjoy our time. It was absolutely impossible! Sorry but I won’t be coming back! Btw our server was Nicki

There are three lanes open. One lane 128 has been one for over 15 minutes. They say it’s a 1 hour wait. They really should hire more people. The guy put us on the list but we never got the initial text. He said we shouldn’t get one even after I asked him. I returned to the counter to be added by someone else. I was never on the list. They are telling everyone it’s a 3 hour wait. The lanes are not managed properly. People are given too much time to claim their lanes. I will not be returning to this location.

paid almost $50 for a reservation on sat night, still had to wait almost 30-45 mins to get a bay. Called back on Monday because i thought it was ridiculous to pay $50 and not even get my appointment. I got transferred from person to person and finally hung up after 10 mins. The place is fun, very expensive and customer service sucks.

Top Golf staff are all friendly and have great customer service. The batting cages have stopped from time to time and Top golf has provided additional credits. Top golf has off-duty officers, this give an extra comfort.

This genuinely would have been a one-star review had it not been for daniel I was on the verge of leaving, excellent service , the food was delicious and they definitely made up for any kind of mistakes in the beginning, but they need more people like Daniel who was smart enough to recognize a customer that was not attended to for a while. They have changed it since we have been here last. We ended up just playing putt putt though...so much fun. Drinks were kind of expensive and food was fairly reasonably priced. Neither were so excessive that it stopped us from ordering.

What a great time! So fun. It's a driving range with a darts kind of play to it because there's targets in the field and the computer keeps track of your ball. So neat.

I sign in and ask for a level 3 or 4 bay, they say "No Problem, it will be about 30 to 45 minutes. Then they text me if I'm ready. I say yes, then they say a bay in level 2 is ready for me. I go downstairs and tell them that I had requested a bay in level 3 or 4. They were like oh yeah we see that you asked for that, we will need to sign you up again and made me wait another 30 minutes. They text me if I was ready, I say yes again. Several minutes later I get the message that my bay was ready in level 2. I just walked out, how hard is it to see what the customer requested. No one apologized, it was pretty terrible. I've been to the one in San Antonio and never had problems.

This was my first visit to a golf range, and it was really good. They have 3 floors where you can get a booth. At sign in, you create an account for each player and you get a card. Once at the booth you sign all players in and play golf like like you would do bowling. It keeps track of each individuals score. The restaurant at top golf gives you fill service at the booth which it's what makes golf top ;)

I have been here 5 times now, the drinks have been good across the board, and the pretzels, flatbread pizza, wings, quesadillas have all been really good. My only legit complaint is that it’s too dark to see your shots very good down the range. I do understand that there are hotels next door, and maybe that’s a factor, but some added lighting would be nice. The place is a little pricey, but they earn the money, it’s a fun place with good service and good food

They want a $50 non refundable fee to reserve a booth online that will not go towards your purchase. Then, also a $5 membership fee for each person. We decided not to give away $50. We went ahead and tried just showing up. They had about 1/2 of the booths full and going but said there was a 3 hour wait. Either half of the booths don't work, or they were reserved for 3pm on a Saturday. My Guess is they only want that extra $50. Sad. Watched about 75 people walk in and out without buying anything. Looked cool, but will never go back.

It's probably been 5 years since I last came to this top golf location, it's still really nice. I think it's expanded since then. The wait staff works hard and checks in to make sure your needs are covered. There are non-golf activities too that make it family and especially children friendly. Tried the sunrise burger today and it was very good. Will definitely come back!

Friendly staff and nachos were good. We were there for a party and had a great time. Lots of things to do while waiting to driving range. I saw batting cages, mini-golf, bean bag throw, extra large connect four game, and several other games. Only negative for me was pricing.

Thursday evening. Tried to call to confirm wait times, couldn't reach a live person and no recorded message. Decided to chance it anyway(my fault). Spent a $20 cab fare to be told a 2 1/2 hour wait. Told an event rented the entire first floor....got it. Decided to wait and stood on the 2nd floor watching. Counted 30% of the bays empty. After an hour I went back to check, told wait was an hour. Another guy was complaining about his wait and all of the open spaces as well. Front counter help repeated the pat answer that there was a private event on the first floor, ignoring the fact that the 2nd floor was what we we talking about. Out $40 in cab fare, wasted evening...never again ! Can't wait for Drive Shack to open. These guys have gotten lazy and forgotten the customer. Bill R

The registering of the golf balls was off due to the recent storms. They compensated with half off. If you haven't been to Top Golf, I would describe it as the bowling or golf. Easy relaxing time. You don't have to have played golf to have a good time.

Great time though the A/C in the stalls was not really effective, and it was irritating as we got towards the end of our hour the waiter kept bugging us about if we wanted more time, effectively costing us 5-10 min at the end (and the stall literally shutdown mid-stroke). Leaving customers alone to be able to utilize the last of their time and giving a 1-5 min grace period would be appreciated

Usually I have a great time here and my friends and I all enjoy ourselves. But lately the service has been horrible at this location. After we walk in to register for a bay we sit and wait at the tables and no one comes up to us to greet us and take our orders. We have to call someone over and even then the waitress was hardly attentive. After finally getting our drinks, we order our food and head to the bay that was finally ready. We called over the waiter for that bay and he goes “whatcha want?” He was very dismissive and didn’t listen to us when we asked for separate checks. We had to separate ourselves, he snatched the book out my hand, and then comes back with the separate checks. We didn’t once get a courtesy check up, all we got was attitude. I emailed whoever I was told to email and I haven’t gotten a single reply back. It’s been days and the service just keeps getting worse and worse.

I enjoy the sushi burrito, though it is really spicy. The service inside is not worth it. Outside I’ve had pretty good experience with servers. I went on national golf day and they had lessons which were SO helpful - I can actually hit the ball now. In general, it’s pretty pricey, but makes for a fun time with friends. I’d like to try the mini golf and batting cages.

Not a bad place but our Friday night visit was a little iffy. They said there was a 90 minute wait to hit golf balls even though half of the booths were empty the entire time we were there over 2 1/2 hours. Tried the batting cages and mini golf which was fine but they don’t regulate group size. There where groups of 10+ people playing mini golf and basically locking down the course. They need better management.

I'm excited to go back again either on my own to practice or with friends for fun. Their food and drinks was delicious as well - the menu seemed to have something for everyone.

This Top Golf location is a like a one stop spot for a date or with a group of people. Driving range, batting cages, miniature golf and corn hole. You'll still have a great time even if you don't know how to swing a golf club.

Fun place! It's not cheap and it's a little more fun if you have some golf experience. It's like bowling for golf. You shoot balls towards large circular holes in the ground. Food and drinks are good. Service is pretty good too. We've always had a good time. My family are avid golfers so they know what they are doing, I played golf in high school and I still have a fun time. You pay by the hour and there are different games you can choose to play. Today we were there for 2 hours and we played 2 games with 4 of us and then 2 played one additional game. They offer for you to extend your time when you have 15 minutes left. It helps if you make reservations ahead of time.

Went here last weekend with some guys for a bachelor party. What could have been a bad experience turned out very well thanks to one of the managers, Ryan. The computer and ball station were not working properly so we weren't able to play properly. We were provided some practice balls to hit and that kept us going while the computer was repaired twice, then eventually replaced altogether. All the while, Ryan kept checking on us and made sure we knew this was not a typical occurrence. Overall we ended up having a great time in spite of the equipment malfunctions, and I attribute that mostly to Ryan. He made sure we were taken care of and compensated for the problems via free play time. This is the kind of customer service that will make me return. Thanks!

Struggling to give 2 stars and only did because they ended up giving us all of our playing time free. First time here last night. Started awful as I had a reservation. They weren’t prepared for us, we then got to bay and sat for 28 minutes before anyone approached us, after that it got worse. The server was SLOW, the food was worse than typical bar food, anything we asked for took forever, the ball machine broke and we sat another 15 minutes unable to play. The food is overpriced, the service is very lacking and rushed. The staff overall even at the front desk appeared very young and careless. Not sure how then ratings are so high here.

Visited this location recently had such a blast! This was our first Topgolf experience. Aside from the driving range, they have a place to play cornhole and bucket ball, miniature golf courses and batting cages. They have great selection of cocktails and their food was also good. The staff were all very nice and helpful. This facility was well maintained and very clean. Great place to have fun day with the family!

Fun but waaayyy expensive.... It's hard NOT to spend $75 to $100 per person here after a couple drinks, 1 hour Bay time and a burger or other entree. You might as well just go play a couple REAL rounds of golf for what you've spent here. Some may not mind the expensive atmosphere but I'd rather be out for real golf for that kind of money....

Best Top Golf in North Texas. The only one that has batting cages, miniature golf, and free outside games like connect four and bucket toss. Neither locations in Allen or Frisco offer additional commodities.

Topgolf is a great place to go for an afternoon or evening of entertainment and fun with friends. Besides the fun golfing contests the food is excellent and they have a well-stocked bar with many different beers to choose from. Keep in mind that Top Golf is very popular so it might be crowded so getting there early is a good idea.

Two level driving range and excellent mini golf! So much fun! Clean and great restroom facilities. Great employees! Good parking and easy access. This is just about my fave place for birthdays or to just chill and hit some balls. Note to other women; don't wear high heels here! Wear practical shoes. Prices are high but keep in mind the expense of running this place, maintenance and employee pay. It's not a bad deal.

Welcoming faces! Kids meal, wraps, vegan burgers and steak flat bread were scrumptious! Down stairs restroom far from decent the upstairs restroom was super clean in a span of 3 hours. Service during our meal, not the best. We had to hunt for our server for napkins, refills, straws, missing order; not pleased. More than four bay's available while we waited. Many became available right after 5; coincidence? We had to ask four employees to finally get the kids golf clubs. (time was ticking)

There is free parking and the building is wheelchair accessible. We were greeted when we entered the building. I was issued left handed clubs and registered as a new member. We selected the second deck and I like the view. The range and scoring was done electronically. The complimentary ice and water drinks were a welcome refreshment. We ordered food and drinks from a polite waitress. We enjoyed the experience.

My family and I came here as part of a group (13 total) and had an absolute BLAST! Once we got there and grabbed some seats, it didnt take long for a server to get our order and deliver it. After all of our party arrived, we went ahead and started on a putt putt course. The course itself was nice, about as nice as most other putt putt courses. We decided to cut it short and head over to the driving range. Overall no complaints - staff were nice, bathrooms were clean, and we all would go back again!

After having another pretty poor experience at a different company, my fiance brought me here. I'll be honest, I'm not a golfer and really had no clue what I was doing when we started, but we ended up having a blast. When we first walked in I was pretty confused about how this place worked and wasn't sure what I needed to do or really anything. The friendly staff at the counter quickly walked through and explained so much to me. It was so helpful and we were soon out on the patio hitting the golf balls. I really enjoyed the games they had for us to play as well as the food. I was surprised by the quality of the food for what seemed to be a driving range and a bar. In the end, I will definitely be making the drive from Rockwall to continue learning this game at Topgolf.

Very busy but was quite a unique experience. Drinking and playing golf or trying to hit a golf ball as far as you can under the influence. Great place for kids and as a social get together. Food was really nice. Service outstanding

We had a blast at Topgolf a little while ago. I don't even know how to play golf but it was fun hitting the ball at the targets, drinking beer, and enjoying the company of good friends. great place!

So as a professional hairstylist I not only build my business, but the business of my salon salon by providing excellent service to my clients and getting them to return. It is essential that when my clients call looking for me my coworker are able to provide someone my schedule. So when I call asking if a particular employee is working and I’m told that for security reasons you don’t provide that information I find it hard to swallow. While the safety of you employees should always be the number one priority, that security should be ever present within the establishment while never being noticeably to your clients. You essentially are not only hurting yourselves from replete customers but you are hurting you employees pocketbook.

I am a fan of top golf but my Friday was experience was horrible. I took my sister and in law there for their anniversary. The food was horrid, cold and disgusting. It over over a hour to receive food, then on top of that our meal and course was supposed to be comp. when I my husband realized they did not comp the food. I had to go up there today in the heat wave just to try to get a resolution, after sitting there a hour it was told operations would have to review when I had the receipt and my husband card. This is very disappointing and still no resolution.

I screwed up and thought I had reserved at The Colony instead of Dallas. We showed on time at the Colony Location and found out it was Dallas. I tried to call to let Dallas know we would be late and make sure we wouldn’t lose our reservation even though we would be very late, but no one ever answered the support line and then I was put to voicemail. That wasn’t the Dallas location. We arrived 23 minutes late flustered and upset. The people at the Dallas location took great care of us. They got us a nay quickly and brought waters and got us set up. They allowed us to play 1/2 hour over and were very attentive. They took us from stressed to relaxed and enjoying ourselves. Topgolf Dallas has excellent customer service. Thank you!

It’s a good place if you are going to hangout with bunch of friends. But it is costly to play. Price ranges from 25-45$ per hour depending on the hours. It closes at midnight. It has tasty food but $$. But we were not much satisfied with the drinks. The playing place is open in atmosphere, but it has blowers so that in winter it blows hot air and gives cozy feeling. Overall, fun experience. Must visit once.

We had an employee appreciation event at Topgolf Dallas. The staff was great and has one of their pros on hand to give pointers. The catering was great and everyone has a fun time. If you’re looking to have an event, I highly recommend Topgolf.

Tons of fun for beginners. If you come with people who have never golfed before, you should have the staff give a few tips for the group. That way first time golfers will have just as much fun as the rest!

I'd been wanting to go to Top Golf for a while. I finally made for my birthday weekend. It's fun times in there; nice challenging game for friends to compete. Or you can just take turns hitting the ball over and until until your time is up.

Nice driving range, really neat Mini-golf course. Wish the latter was better maintained (certain parts of course are uneven/not functional), but still an enjoyable experience. The snacks are great, too!

Our group of family came here after not seeing each other for 3 years. We were hanging out playing, eating and drinking having a good time until our server messed up on our time at the bay. After her mess up, a person in training hovered over us like we were delinquents trying to push us out. We were told we had to leave because there was supposedly a wait for bays although there were several bays open. We still had drinks and told we had to leave or pay for more time at the bay. We spent a lot of money on game play and drinks and felt like our service to their business was nothing. We tried to get the employees name and initially refused to give his name. He finally have him name which was Joshua. The managers also did not care about our complaints and didn’t bother to apologize. Ryan listened but also wanted to give a time limit on our complaint. No one should be told that when they are upset about the customer service at an establishment. At no point did a manager apologize for the lack of customer service exhibited by the staff.

Always a ton of fun. It's just like bowling, but with golf. You are assigned a numbered bay where you sit & eat while taking turns teeing off. Great for a group, though it is nice to only have 2-3 people so you can get more turns.

Great place to have fun for all ages. But dining area service is almost non existent. You can sit there for an hour and no one will help you. Had to get bartender yup get someone to help. Pitiful

Great fun from start to finish! We were here for a Samsung Event that was fun filled, great atmosphere, raffles, good food & great fun with everyone. They served Chicken & pulled port bites which absolutely hit the spot. The lemonade was very refreshing which was perfect in hot Texas evening. We also had a chance to celebrate the promotion of a great District Manager for T-Mobile. The staff was attentive & ensured we were taken care of quickly and efficiently. This is the perfect place for taking a small group out for a night of entertainment. Drinks, appetizers, and food are in a reasonable price bracket. Usually when my friends and I go we get the delicious Long Island Iced Tea (21&up only), nachos for the table, and by the end of the night we may have gotten two more appetizers. I've also taken my family to this location and I really enjoy the options this location has. Mini golf!! Connect 4 in jumbo size! Perfect for all ages and during the day is the perfect time to take your kids. They'll love it!

Customer Service On Point :: this location was fabulous. Was immediately greeted. It was my first time so I had lots of questions, all answered. I was in a group so we ordered lots of food, right to our bay, where you play, and every server we had was extremely helpful, kind and even friendly. This location has so much more, put-put, batting cages, croquet and maybe more. The food was delicious. We had there brunch menu and we were not disappointed!

So, I knew that I wanted to come here for a birthday celebration. The kids went back and forth about another place versus Top Golf. We get to Top Golf and by the time we're there 30 minutes...EVERYONE was glad we chose this one!!!! They were ready to come back again before we even left!!! Customer Service was GGGGRRRREEEAAATTTT! Anthony, the manager, totally took care of the birthday boys, who turned 13 that day and the young lady at the front desk who greeted us was so incredibly helpful with everything. Will definitely come back (with my adult group) and have another BLAST!!!!! #LIT

We had a holiday party the Park Lane location. We had spent several dollars for food. It was around 7:00 pm and the food was gone, the waiters were asked where did the food go. We were told the food had been taken away. Then the waiters were asked where was it taken to and we were told they through it away. So here is my concern, we should have received a discount for the uneaten food or we should have been able to take home because it was already paid for. Also when everyone was getting their plate everyone was told they could only have 1 slice of meat. The time with co-workers was great but the catering side of the event was incredibly unprofessional.

Went for a painting on the patio event with Pinot’s Palette Park Cities and it was awesome! We painted the Dallas city skyline and I had a blast! The staff is friendly and attentive. While the facility has a variety of menu items and activities to choose from. Excited to visit again!

This was the 1st time I've been there, but we had a team outing yesterday, it was a Tuesday so maybe that's why it wasn't packed, but we had 2 bays in no time. Many of us had never even held a golf club before but for 2 hours we all had blast, the food was fabulous and the service was great. Will be returning.

This place is awesome for friends and family. Play competitively or just for fun. Went on a date with my fiance here and we had an absolute blast. Thought we would only be there an hour... 3 drinks and 2 hours later, we wanted to get more time! Great place for fun in Dallas or practicing your swing.

this is the worst place I have ever been to in my entire life I was overly charged my food took over an hour and a half to get to me the manager Patty seemed extremely understandable and extremely apologetic however once the bill came out everything was charged I was charged 3 or 4 times other parties in my group were charged as well we did change tables my biggest problem is after speaking with management and speaking with Patty I feel they are beyond unreasonable people to deal with I remained polite however it was their fault that we never got our food after going back 3 days later we were advised we must review the cameras not only does that make one feel very disgruntled after calling you for three days and you not returning any calls they did comp $30 off of an over $180 ticket stating that they would contact us TABC does not allow the company to come liquor I paid cash for my liquor yet I was denied when I asked them 4 something that would solidify their wrongdoing I don't think Patty is a bad person I just think Patty is under the supervision of very micromanaged individuals who she literally is limited to what she can do I still ended up not even with a simple my apologies I did record Patty live on Facebook and made her aware that she was on Facebook I will be taking this higher because I do not feel the topgolf went above and beyond when it was their fault I feel they were more finger pointing and wanting to be right when in actuality everything was paid a simple look of the cameras would have shown that everything was paid for I would never recommend anyone to go to this place and if you do please be careful to check your receipt I actually had an immaculate time other than the fact that I was starved because I couldn't play my golf game the TV's didn't work and the food never came out when it finally did it was cold it was disgusting and I was treated as though I was a peasant and I do not like that I will be taking this further depending on the actions of topgolf

This was a super cool place to go to and our family will enjoy many events there. This time as a first time visitor we came for the putt putt golf and we're very pleased with how everything was set up and how everything looked. There was a host at the door guiding you. There were smiles. The place was very clean and everyone was having a good time. We will return and invite others to come with us to enjoy this really awesome place. I was actually shocked to see batting cages and an actual golf course there as well. It's fun for the whole family and we intend to be frequent flyers.

Can't think of a negative thing to say. Servers were enthusiastic and attentive. The front desk accommodated our request to have 2 adjoining lanes for our group of 7 and even placed us in the area with plush couches. Food was great and drinks were cold. Our server Corey was helpful in every way possible and made sure our table had everything we needed including our drinks being topped off. He even made sure the bartender put in enough alcohol since the first drink was like drinking a soda. The rest of the crew that worked here was helpful from the front desk to other servers helping us out when we needed it!

I went for National Golf Day. They were offering a free 5 minute golf lesson to all. My "lesson" was closer to 15 minutes since there was no one waiting in line behind me. My trainer didn't really give me any tips for improvement, but he did get me a higher tee that was better suited to my swing. I hadn't been to this location since it was Scottish Golf Park years ago when I lived nearby. The Top Golf games are interesting and no doubt would be fun for a pair or group. At $25 per hour I would want someone to share the cost. While more suited to those with higher incomes, I still enjoyed my visit. I would not frequent this place unless I had someone to share the cost. It did re-kindle my interest in golf, so I say "Well done!" I will say that I do miss the par 3 experience that this Top Golf location replaced.

Such a blast! Each bay holds up to 6 people. On the weekend after noon it’s about $37 for an hour. Although the price is up there, it’s not bad for all players and a fun time outdoors.
