I love this gym. I moved back to Dallas and really miss this facility. Pristine, clean, spin classes are incredible, updated machines, eclectic array of cardio options, wonderful products in the bathroom and a welcoming staff.

My husband wanted to have a membership with this gym so I finally agree and now I wish I never said yes. They inform us that it was going to be month by month and that we can stop and cancel at anytime. My husband has military order and now went to training. We contacted them and they said we can suspend the membership so I told my husband just canceled and he try and they told him he need it to cancel 30 days before. By the way they also told him they could not suspend the membership because it was wrong information. So even that he has military orders they took $122 dollars from our account. Honestly if you’re a very busy person or military avoid this place. NOT WORTH IT!!! You can find an other clean gym and less busy some place else.

The gym is very nice; the facilities are generally clean and neat. The customer service is lacking; also please be wary of the spa services. I had a color and cut as I had a 100$ spa bucks. The cut was choppy; the color is uneven and the service was 200$. I was also sold a 30$ conditioner treatment that was said to last 8 weeks they didn’t last past the 1st wash. Oh well? I will know to use a reputable spa next time.

The gym is immaculate for the most part, so if you're looking for clean then this is a great location. However, the personal trainers are exceptionally annoying and are ultimately why I cancelled my membership at this location. They crowd the majority of the space for the larger portion of the day, with no regard to leaving room for others to stretch or exercise. Worst of all is the very tall skinny trainer who thinks it's appropriate to blow an outdoor whistle at full volume during his very poorly guided group training sessions. If you're not wearing headphones at full volume, it's excruciating, and even after asking him to cease and desist he continued to do so. I'd recommend spending $80 less a month and going to a different box gym or driving to a different Life Time because this one has issues.

Please beware & very cautious with your belongings here! My son’s expensive bag (which he worked many late night hours after school to buy) was stolen along with his wallet that had his debit card & social security card in it! I understand this can happen at any gym but the way it was handled by the staff was just ridiculous. I couldn’t get help from anyone! It wasn’t until I filed a police report that someone finally spoke to me about the matter. Long story short, there was no resolution. Somehow there was nothing on camera, nobody saw anything and nothing could be done. I’m sure if effort was put in by the staff something could have been done! Safety & security should be number one and they should have a protocol setup for situations like this. I can not be in the same gym where thieves are allowed to get away with stealing & then workout among them fearing it could happen again. I don’t think I can ever convince my son to join another gym with me after this. Thank you Lifetime Fitness for a memorable experience my son will never forget!

This is the best gym on the planet. When we first moved to the area the gym was being built. I wasn't crazy about the area at that time. Once Lifetime opened, it literally changed my entire outlook on where we live. The staff, the classes, the equipment etc are all simply the best. It is like a country club but better! If you are considering visiting or joining, DO IT!

Fabulous customer service from the front desk team and beyond. I can't remember the name of the awesome young woman who went above and beyond this morning to help me out. I was meeting a member there for an important meeting, and she was able to help me print out what I needed- at a GYM! Talk about helping anyone and everyone, no matter what. As a former member (thanks parents) of many years, I have always been a fan of Lifetime through and through. Now I am convinced it is literally the best athletic facility ever. I can't wait to join again! Thank you from the bottom of my heart for the kind service, cleanliness, and just all around epic atmosphere. Lifetime for life!

NO. I have been a member of Life Time for almost 10 years and after coming here I CANCELLED my membership! The staff is constantly snubbing their noses like they are better than me and they are incredibly unhelpful and unprofessional. We upgraded from a gold membership (which is all that was available in Salt Lake City where we came from) to the Onyx and they never sent us our cards and tried to blame us for not requesting them. And besides the staff the layout of the gym is not great and there are hardly any mirrors which is so obnoxious. The gym is not "Onyx" level but they charge you 3x more to give you a crappier gym with crappier service. In the month of still having my membership after canceling I drove twice as far to go to the Colleyville location just to avoid this place.

I'm baffled by in accurate sales tactics and the lack of communication. I spent 1700$ for personal training and membership.. Couldn't ever get a clear answer or someone to give me a call back. I called everyday for a week getting a different answer. Will not continue there. Baffled

Club is nice but I’m having concerns of RACIAL PROFILING. Everytime I come for a workout I never see anyone up front to greet me being an African American male. The reason I bring this up is ages of portraying African American men as scary and undesirable. I would love to see more representation in all areas of the club especially when you first walk in.

Continuously subpar experiences at this location due to staff and hours of operation lifetime app shows and notifies you that the pool and all the amenities are going to be open you show up and everything or half of it is closed not to mention that they shut down the outside café early without notification . The app was notified to everyone that the slides were completely open to everybody come to find out we were told that it was only for Payne swim lessons and they’re the only ones I got to use it I guess I don’t know what we’re all spending $150 a month for Upon signing up I was guaranteed a certain amount of LT bucks took almost 3 months to get those on top of that the rep made it like I was getting some special privilege when in actuality I heard other people getting signed up with 150 bonus bucks . Still contemplating staying with all 4 of my family members .

Myself, wife and son joined this gym about 6 months ago. At first I found the monthly dues a bit expensive but after making the gym part of our weekly routine I felt the costs were fair. The facility is very clean, lots of equipment, the kids academy is awesome and the staff very helpful and friendly. I would recommend this location to everyone just make sure this is your type of gym. If you just want to ride a stationary bike or pump iron every once in awhile this is not your place. However, if you want to make it a lifestyle and part of your daily or weekly routine then this is your place. With all of the amenities and endless classes, equipment and friendly staff they make it easy. My experience with this location has been very positive!!

If I could recommend one thing to improve your life, it would be to join Lifetime Athletics! This gym has something very special and you can feel it the minute you walk in! It’s nice to go to a place where you are pushed, motivated and encouraged to be your best self! I feel better just walking in! Professionalism and education are only two of its many core values! I truly miss the days I can’t make it in! GTX and Yoga classes are only two of the many incredible classes you can attend! It is something I look forward to daily!!!! I freaking love this place! The gym is great, however, the safety and security is less than average. My car along with several others, was burglarized in broad daylight. I did not have items in plain view, parked out in the open, and near parked police cars. The police and myself have been trying to get a hold of the General Managers for over a week! The gym has not provided surveillance video to me or the police, to my knowledge. The police have told me that this gym has been a target for theft. I was watched and targeted. I no longer feel safe at this location. For any members with children, I had my infant seat ruined by the glass. Though I don’t hold the gym responsibilities for theft, I do feel they should have some follow up and follow through to ensure it’s members are safe.

My home away from home! I absolutely love this place! I knock out my homework, swim, play tennis, do cardio, and relax in the steam room all in one place! You have to try the cycling classes, they are great! Also, lifetime has locations all over the metroplex so you can go everywhere. I highly recommend it!

This is the definition of a luxury gym! My wife and I workout here 5-6 times a week in the late afternoon and it’s easily the best gym we’ve been to since day one of opening. It does get quite crowded, but there’s a pattern to it and it’s very easy to workaround if you have a flexible schedule at home. Monday’s are the most crowded around 4:30-7 pm, and around that time period it gets less and less crowded as the week goes on. Friday’s around 4:30-close is THE best time to go if you don’t like crowds. The place is almost dead compared to Monday. Saturday and Sunday nights are great too for that. I enjoy having multiple trainers around and if they’re not busy training a client, they’re always happy to answer questions and give small tips of advice. We did have one bad experience with a trainer who was forcing a personal-training sale on us during an on-boarding session, but the issue was resolved and we are cool with this trainer. The locker rooms are pretty nice but I mentioned that Monday’s are crowded and the locker rooms are crowded as well. Sometimes it sucks how close the lockers are to each other but it’s really not bad. And you’ll get the occasional naked guy walking around but it’s a locker room so what are you gonna do? Amenities are very nice, the pools are great, the cafe is good too (kind of expensive) and the equipment is fantastic. I’d say a majority of the members do practice good etiquette and wipe down equipment after use and don’t slam the weights or other equipment. I love this place. It is expensive but you get what you pay for!

Beautiful club at a very high price. Easy to join by the web but next to impossible to cancel. Called by phone and was told I have to cancel in person. They did not document my call. Only to come in and be told that they will charge me for another 30 days as they require 30 days notice. The face-to-face clause was just another opportunity for a sales pitch. Avoid at all cost. Terrible customer service. P.S. Marcus was nice. Tried to do everything to keep my money coming in but not willing to forego the 30 day notice to improve my opinion of their club.
