I love this gym! It's nice and clean. The best time to go for me is between 830 am to 1000 am because it's not as crowded.

I want to give a shout out to the staff of this fitness center. It is one of the best I've been to throughout my military and civilian career (38 yrs). This facility has everything you need and multiple of all equipment. The locker rooms, showers, steam room and sauna are the cleanest I've seen. The staff is very friendly and the indoor pool is a major bonus. I spent 3 weeks here in the fam camp and will definitely miss my workouts here. Keep up the great work and keep the bar high.

Great facility. Its large and has a lot to offer. The parking lot is too small though, so try to carpool or plan on walking a distance if you're visiting during peak hours.

They have all the freeweights and machines you could ever want. They offer a family room. Personal trainers as well as a variety of classes are offered at this facility. Racketball courts are located in the front of the gym near the help desk. There is an upper level .12 mile track in the gymnasium with 2 basketball courts which can be used for volleyball. Male and female locker rooms each have a sauna and steam room and over 100 full size lockers for public use.
