Been to a few gyms and by far HP is the best. They offer personal training and their equipment is top notch. The have two very large pools, one is a heated therapeutic pool and the other is a lap pool. The have a sauna as well.

Whether you are into weights, cardio, aquasize or any other workout regime, Tidelands Healthpoint is the place to do it. Multiple swimming pools allow concurrent classes. There is a daycare room, spa, racquetball court, gymnasium and anything else an active group would want. And it is all topped off by a professional, friendly staff.

Facilities are clean and well-kept. But do not--under any circumstances--store your valuables in a locker even if you have a padlock. I used the gym as a guest and money was stolen from my wallet.

Clean and no nonsense gym. Always clean towels, Mostly older people come here, so it’s quiet but love the pool and sauna. Friendly front service people help when you need it.

They tried to charge me 40$ more for a membership then I've been told. Be very very careful what you being charged there. it seems that the locker rooms isn't the only place that isn't secured plus very unfriendly and unprofessional

Awesome trainers.wonderful equipement. Best gym and cleanest shower/ locker rooms ive ever been in. Lap pool. Sauna. Spa tub. Heated therapy type pool. 1/2 off membership this month!!

Great gym with lots to offer and super great, personable staff! Great blend of free weights and machines, plenty of cardio equipment, basketball court, racketball court, wet & dry sauna, pool, hot tub to name a few! They also have a great variety of classes ranging from body pum to yoga! Wish hours could be longer but other than that, super great gym!
