One of the best gyms in CONUS...comparable to Nellis and Langley which is saying a lot for a Marine gym.

They check ID's alot but they are open for 24/7 which is nice.

Good sized gym. Cardio upstairs, weights downstairs. Several machines/sets available to minimize the wait. Sauna is hit or miss to be in working order. Large, clean bathrooms and locker rooms. Showers are small, but clean and private. Friendly staff. Tons of classes offered weekly. Rock climbing wall. Not kid friendly. No daycare offered. Must show military ID at the door. Hours vary and closed on holidays.

Always clean, well equipped, friendly staff and good variety of activities. The patrons are generally good mannered and respectful of each other. This rivals any gym between Charleston and Savannah. They also staff a sports trainer, high intensity instructor and several nutritionist who are all very knowledgeable and personable.

So far I like this gym. The only problem I have here is you notice people staring at you and it just makes me keep my head down, I don't like feeling like that but other than that its a good gym ! I'm here almost everyday.
