Best gym and best equipment on the strand. I have worked out at almost every gym in the North Myrtle beach area including LifeQuest and The GYM. Neither hold a candle to The Fitness Zone when it comes to equipment selection and quality as well as cleanliness. For any power lifters visiting the area David has a reverse hyper, GHD, Several specialty bars as well as bands. The gym is chalk and lifter friendly, if you are looking for a great place in the area to get an old school workout and leave some sweat on the floor accept no substitutes.

This is a good gym, in my opinion. I recently worked out at the Fitness Zone, on a week-trial pass, and my experience was positive. There was a full range of equipment, from machines to racks to free-weights and cardio, plus stuff I don't even know the names of. Likewise, the facility was clean, comfortable, and well maintained; and, on each of my several visits, the staff were consistently friendly and available. The location was convenient, too, and had plenty of parking. There were only bathrooms and the like for changing/showering, in lieu of full-size locker rooms; though, these were adequate for me personally. I'm as yet unsure whether I'll join up here or stick with my current gym, but, in any case, Fitness Zone proved to be wholly satisfying during my time there. My thanks goes out to everyone at this business. Keep up the good work :-)

Great gym! The guy that posted the false review named Krypt Dude is a fake! This gym is not 15$ for a day pass, that’s a lie! This gym is clean and sterile.

$15 for a day pass is entirely to high...I'm usually in and out of the gym in and hour or so...that's crazy...suprising as well because I would think bc it's in a tourist area and many people who are just down for a week or so will be their traffic that they'd offer a better deal...anyway, great gym or not, unless they're gonna lift the weight for me, not paying that.
