In regards to restorative YOGA with Karen (find her on Fitness With a View's "WHO WE ARE" page) - I am giving her a 5 star rating for superior service. With my doctor's encouragement, I decided to get over my "yoga doesn't like me" block and try it again. I reached out to Karen who provides 1 on 1 guidance. During my evaluation, at no charge, she gave me a chance to voice all my concerns. Over 6 sessions she gently and thoughtfully helped me become aware of and find my limits with stiff and sore muscles, tendons, and joints. I got movement back that I had lost over the past few years. YOGA likes me. And, the new me, finds time (thanks to Karen) to take the all important "Adult Time Out". You'll have to go to find out what that is for you! Hope you do :)

This wellness center is definitely state-of-the-art. I love the fact that they have 10 miles of outside trails. The staff are very professional. They have personal trainers, massage therapist, reflexology, yoga, and pilates. I love that I can use the gym on my own on the days that I'm not with my trainer. When I finish my workout using the steam shower is an added feature.
