My wife and I dropped into Carolina Crossfit for a Saturday Morning class while traveling through Columbia, SC. The members were very friendly and the coaches knowledgeable and attentive. Their space is large and fits a lot of people comfortably, a luxury compared to most boxes. We would highly recommend stopping in if you're ever in town or looking for a good workout in Columbia!

I dropped in during open gym on a work trip before heading to the airport. Super nice and accommodating. The space is enormous. If I lived here, this would be my box. But I will come here for sure on future business trips.

Went here for an intro class. Super friendly and professional, definitely interested in taking another class. But nowhere did I hear that the whole gym has no air conditioning. While the equipment is solid, its basically a warehouse with an open garage door. Hot. As. Hell. If you don’t tolerate heat well, try someplace else. Wanted to join, but just too warm. Me and another girl in the class almost fainted from heat exhaustion, working out in 90 degree in October.

Excellent CrossFit Facility! Owner/Operator Paul Beckwith has been with CrossFit from the ground up. He was previously the Strength & Conditioning Coach at the University of SC under Lou Holtz. This guy knows his stuff and has somehow created a gym where there are no egos, just folks all out to improve their fitness level. Results are fast and impressive if you follow the program.The cost is fair and reasonable.

We were in town after evacuating for Hurricane Matthew. Dropped by for open gym and was amazed by the space and the equipment -- I've been in 20 boxes or so, and nobody has this many Air Assault Bikes! More important, the staff was great to us. This is a great box.

Carolina Crossfit has changed my life. I enjoy "lifting heavy things". I am 41 and have never been in better shape. I still have things I need to improve on, but who doesn't? The coaching and support you get from the staff and fellow athletes is something you will never find at a regular gym. A very wise investment to improve your strength, flexibilty, overall fitness, and not to mention a great stress reliever!

Exceptional all around. Coach Greta was so nice and welcoming. The location is super ideal and close to everything. The building is giant and allows tons of space to workout. The class I dropped into (8:30am) was warm and energetic. The group was funny and enjoyable to be around. I recommend this gym to anyone!
