I used to love the place when it was Bally's and had a swimming pool and hot tub. No, more hot tubs or swimming pool. Now, the place is like a joke.

This is the second time I have gone through the cancelation process with WoW. The first time it was because I had moved and it took over 6 months to finally have my paper work filed and be refunded the money they CONTINUED to charge me. This time I'm cancelling because I have not USED the gym AT ALL for roughly 3 YEARS! And I am now a fulltime student with no income to pay for the membership. I have made several attempts to cancel my membership and I have even gone to the extent to cancel the card it was automatically charging. Now they are calling me every day-when I told them months ago I want to cancel my account. ABC financial gives you the run around. And NOW I have just been charged the annual fee of 49.99 while in the process of canceling.... so I'm expected to pay the annual fee even tho I'm canceling- explain that to me. Also I signed up in 2014 so i was given the wrong information from multiple people because the agreements have changed since then. Also because I cant pay it off in fill I will continue to get late charges until its paid in full. Never again will I sign up with them. Sad because it was a nice gym- I liked the ladies only section. Also, the people you speak to on the phone from ABC financial- dont care. WoW should change agencies.

The worst experience I ever had! Let’s just starts by saying their staff is terrible! My very 1st time in I had to tell them to give me a tour. Long story short I ended up canceling my membership because it was just more affordable stay at Planet Fitness. I was under the impression $20 included babysitting, however it does not. So I been there ONE time and that same day I cancelled. APPARENTLY they wasn’t doing their job and my paperwork was NEVER SENT over and I been charged repeatedly since then. So I called and they stated my account was never cancelled. No paperwork or anything, so I’m out the money for now because I’m filing a claim with my bank. I called corporate to make a complaint and also finance to assure my cancellation of the policy. This place is a JOKE go to LA fitness or Planet Fitness.... If I could give 0 stars I would UPDATE! I cancelled my policy months ago! I went back and fourth with these incompetent people all morning... I will be getting my money back though. But FYI CHOOSE ANOTHER GYM

Terrible. If you like dirty nasty gyms, this one is for you. It’s pretty much a planet fitness but gross. Dust bunnies the size of small animals, pads ripped and stained with sweat, nasty locker rooms. They also don’t allow you to lift weights and some of the staff walks around like they own the place. Go somewhere else.

I can now give WOW 4 stars! The AC is fixed and they make an effort to clean (and repair, when needed) the machines. I'm fortunate enough to be able to go in the morning when it's not too busy and I'm usually able to use the machines I like!

Terrible, place looks clean but watching members not wipe down machines spreading possibly MRSA gross. Some equipment is broken. There are times of the day you can't get on a treadmill. Heard stories people having their cars getting broken into or damaged in the parking lot. Tried to cancel called and was told to send them a certified letter to them only be called and told to send it to someplace else even after speaking to them. Googled it to find that address only to find wow's own instructions a PDF file on how to cancel and it says to send a certified letter to the place you signed up with. Worst gym experience I ever had.

Do not sign up for this gym better off paying 10$ a month at Planet Fitness. I was not informed by the staff member that I would have to send in a cancellation letter and pay 49.99 to cancel my membership. The staff member gave me a copy of my memebership agreement without explaining to me how i would go about a cancellation after I had already signed everything. On a Gold membership which states there's "no contract" , your still bound to contract terms. Basically don't waste your time or money it's not worth it either way you lose.

This is a great gym! It has very diverse classes that truly work and are at convenient times! It also offers a women's only area with great machines, both for cardio and strength, along with weights - absolutely love it! It also offers relaxation with their tanning booths and sauna! Aside from their machines, their staff are truly amazing! They are all friendly and make you feel extremely welcomed. The group class instructors truly want to help and make a difference, they are tremendously motivating, kind and helpful! The last amazing thing about this place is the price - extremely affordable! Absolutely love this gym!

I've tried different gyms and this feels to me like the best bang for my buck. Since some ratings compare WOW and Planet Fitness, that's what I'll do. WOW is WAY better than Planet Fitness if you actually want to get fit. The machines at Planet Fitness, and the whole place in general, is mostly designed for beginners. It promotes feeling comfortable and happy. WOW focuses on empowerment and self-improvement, and has a higher diversity of machines and weights. It's a judgement free zone and people are approachable. Gold's Gym and Anytime Fitness are great if you want to spend the extra cash, but I find WOW to be less expensive and less overwhelming. Finally, and I hope the owners of WOW see this, but Chelsea is a manager there and is super helpful, down to earth, and she really cares about her customers.

Blast Fitness transferred the membership to WOW after they closed. So far from what I've seen it's a little cleaner. The women's only area needs more equipment. What can I say about some of the staff I have encountered? "YOUR FIRED!" No personality, didn't offer to show me around the gym when I transferred over & when I called the woman on the phone couldn't wait to get me off the phone. If I were the Manager I wouldn't tolerate this.

I’m sorry but the porter you guys have is not reliable and the assistant manager poor attitude she rather sit all day chatting with her employee than to actually help look for the porter I spilled some water and end up having to clean it myself and that’s not the only thing I have to complain about there’s so many !!! I've been a member of PF, Blast, and now WOW. I have to say that this is my favorite gym out of all. The machines are always working, there's plenty of free weights, and the staff is very very nice and helpful. Plus it's nice and spacious; even when it's busy you don't feel on top of each other. I haven't tried the group sessions, but they sound like they are a lot of fun. I'd give it 5 stars , but overnight there is a homeless man that will wait for the front desk staff member to look away and he sneaks in and uses the machines without cleaning them.

DONT GET A MEMBERSHIP HERE! After I canceled my membership they said I never canceled and then charged me $211 to a collection agency! There is no way I can pay that I have mouths to feed and college to pay for. They took advantage of me because I said I couldn’t pay the membership anymore! So much for a no hassle contract, no commitment... if I could give zero stars I would! Oh yah and when I called them they told me It had been canceled but clearly It wasn’t.

The women's area is great if you need a little privacy while exercising, there are a variety of classes and they're all fun. The kids babysitting room is amazing, my daughter calls it her baby school and cannot wait to come every morning. Couldn't be happier.

I'am so disappointed. This Gym is not serious. I called twice to make sure of right time of the zumba class. But the girl on the phone just wanted to get rid of me and told me the wrong time for the two time that i've called. I got to gym late because of the class already started one hour ago.

Yes, I filled out a form and called the tel # provided and remained on hold for 20 min. before I hung up. Tried again another day and hung up after another 20 min. Total scam.
